I've been a fan of Vision Direct for years

I've been a fan of Vision Direct for years.
I remember on my first order, I was confused with how to order my contact lenses based on my prescription so I called up and someone helped me which was fantastic.
The buy again option on my account is perfect, I can just repurchase my last order with one click, I don't even have to confirm my bank details again.

Every order I've made comes reliably within 2-3 days and I loveee the little pack of sweets in the parcel, I always look forward to it.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because over the last few years prices have gone up astronomically and Vision Direct are no longer cheaper than competitors but the same price as them unfortunately.

The only company in the world you can order from and they will deliver in under 24h. This is a first class company with great prices. My optician does not approve of me taking business elsewhere but won’t price match so I will continue to buy. Keep up the good work, thank you.

Still very good service but I am a little upset-and anxious-as you have discontinued the 6 lenses box of monthly Air Optix Plus lenses. Please don't stop supplying the 3 month boxes of these lenses for any reason.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was dispatched on 03/07/2026. Unfortunately, the tracking showed no movement after the initial update, and when you contacted our Customer Service team on 08/07 to report the delay, we immediately investigated the shipment. Based on the lack of tracking progress, the order was considered lost in transit, and we promptly requested a full refund. We are pleased to confirm that the refund was successfully completed on 09/07/2026. The amount will be credited back to your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. We also sent you a confirmation email outlining the resolution, along with a discount code as a gesture of goodwill to thank you for your patience.

We sincerely regret that your order did not reach you and understand how disappointing this experience has been.
