Still under dispute
Keep getting same message but they cannot supply tracking this has been over a month confirmed order 13.12.2025

You get the same message over and over again after the first one which says on way, then you get ‘how was your experience’ then you get there’s a slight delay, after 6 messages being exactly the same I sent a PayPal dispute. I am now being asked to close a dispute but they cannot provide tracking,as per below still not tracking number and no refund.

I have been scammed from those people!!!

bought sunniest wich supposed to be 2.. but only arrived 1.

contact them and they replied that the second pair is on the way, a month passed by and no sunglas, and they stop reply to emails.

Also I mentioned that I wanted to return the first pair and they never come up with instructions to do so

very POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Do the job well, just slowly. The glasses are well made.

Arrived within a week and all in good condition.

Ordered and paid instantly through PayPal. Order accepted on 09/05/2014.
After 10 days order still being processed. Rang to enquire when delivery would be, rang about 20 times over 2 days. Regardless of
what time of day, it was permantly on auto response. Sent email, no reply! Just checked tracking and order had been closed! Then checked PayPal and it reads that money to be refunded by 30th May! If no response from Vision eyewear, I will be contacting PayPal and Trading Standards!

Excellent service, incredible value, a pair of high quality varifocals in excellent frames for a third of the price my optician wanted to put new lenses in my existing frames. I thoroughly recommend Visioneyewear.co.uk, I certainly won't be buying glasses from an optician any time soon.

I can't give five stars on the basis of one transaction only, but everything was fine on this occasion, no problems at all.

Vision Eyewear was a great find. Both the glasses and the prices were amazing! Definitely worth a shot. I paid almost half the price of my previous glasses, and my new glasses from Vision Eyewear are a lot more sturdier and stylish. The delivery service was great and I didn't experience any problems with this. Another great feature of this company is the ability to re-glaze the glasses. Although I haven't done this myself yet, the prices are definitely afforadable and practical. Thank you VE :)

Headline says it all really, delivery was a few days longer than I'd hoped but not a big issue.
Website is unfriendly if you want to order more than one pair, seems you have to start from scratch again but I had problems getting the revised prescription back for the second pair and ended up ordering by phone.

Quality was Ok but I can't see as clearly as in my usual glasses. I think I would go to the opticians and pay the extra next time.
