This company CANNOT BE TRUSTED
This company CANNOT BE TRUSTED! They PROMISED me delivery on a specific date, but hadn't even sent my order by that date! They then promised me a second date which they also failed to keep. I even spoke to them by phone before ordering, and they GUARANTEED they'd deliver as promised, and even emailed me to confirm, but then FAILED to keep ANY promises. I've contacted them since to complain, and they couldn't care less. Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs.

I've checked and can se that you only sent an Instagram message just after 4pm yesterday, just before our office closed for the day. Did you email us earlier? We generally respond to customer messages within 48 hours.
I can see that one of our staff has responded to you on Instagram this morning and it shows you have read it. We have also sent you your tracking number in a follow-up message.

The pillow is excellent. With this pillow my headaches disappeared. I had constantly headaches for the last 4 years and since using this pillow, I can rest properly.

Failed to deliver item / failed to notify of delay / failed to respond to email / even after delay a 2nd attempt stated wait another 3 days as they are having problems.... not surprised.
