I ordered a perfume from this 'company' on the 23rd of April, it's now the 28th of May and still nothing.
I have emailed numerous times and not had any response.
Even the so called parcel 'tracking number' they give you is fake.
Do not give your hard earned cash to this fake, scammy company.

ordered and paid for on 26/4 -7/05 nothing arrived -for both up date on order and customer care help lines say mail box is full and cant accept messages!!

I placed an order with vision pharmacy on 25th of April for £57.92. It's now may 2nd and ive had nothing from them. I've sent 2 emails but have had nothing back,not even an acknowledgement! I wish I had never heard of them,they are rubbish at communicating and I will never order from them again!!! I will definitely let everyone know not to go with them.

I telephoned Vision Pharmacy, Green Lane Road, Leicester to arrange a COVID 19 vaccination for my elderly mother. They agreed for me to attend the same day.
On arrival they told me that the vaccines had ran out the previous day.
Incompetence and employees with poor English language ability.

I placed a order on 20th April, today is 1st May still haven't received my order. Never doing shopping again with ❌️VISION PHARMACY ❌️

Took almost a week to receive an empty padded envelope? I wish I had read the reviews. This kind of company should not be allowed!
Reply to your reply: Easter was the 21st of April, 4 days before I placed my order and the envelope wasn't damaged at all and was fully sealed.

Edit: 2 weeks since you said someone would be in touch with me and I've heard nothing, you need reporting to trading standards, this is daylight robbery and completely unacceptable.

Speed and ease of ordering

Items ordered and paid for on 11th April finally arrived on 24th April. I asked several times where my parcel was but received no reply.
Packing was poor quality box with little internal wrappings so one of the bottles flipped open and leaked into the box. I will NEVER buy from these people again.

Quick delivery. Arrived intact with bubble wrap. In just 4 days i have used my favourite Adex Gel. Brilliant service with my first order. Will definitely order again.

I had a very negative experience with Vision Pharmacy. I placed an order over 8 days ago and the package never arrived. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, and not only have they failed to resolve the issue, but they refuse to refund my money. I feel completely scammed. I do not recommend this company at all, and I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

I’ve only ordered from vision pharmacy twice. But those two times the service has been extraordinary. They are truly professional people. I’ve never had any problems.

I ordered shampoo that is impossible to find where I live and was able to get 10 bottles quickly delivered internationally. I am eternally grateful! I also got the it 30% cheaper than other outlets could get it to me. Thank you!

rapid delivery ( from uk to usa).
I read the bad reviews, but i reorderd two more times, since the product I needed was not available in usa). and each w fast delivery . although goods arrived safely, their packaging was weak

The answer given is not true, I had contacted the Pharmecy. They make it easy and just say it is a Problem of the german customs. But there is NO proof.
I still warn customers to order. Till today I have not received ANYTHING

Order on Saturday for 24hrs tracked delivery, it's past 48 hrs now and item not been dispatched yet. Avoid
