Had a very poor experience with Vision Solar. The sales reps (two) showed up and I had to sign the deal to get the price they were offering. The price was way high ($72K for a 10KW system). But it was either this or dooms days (you know how it is) and they dropped the price to $62K.. well I signed up (with no time to read the docs). There was 3 days to cancel. On comparing with other solar companies, the average price was about $35K with the best panels (Vision solar panels were suboptimal). But cancelling was so difficult. Either mail in a cancellation letter or physically deliver by midnight to a NJ address (I'm in MA) . The sales rep asked me to call concierge, who now dropped the price to $44K. (Why would I want to be with a company that has tried to cheat me in the first place?) After refusing yet again, they are now threatening to sue me for 10% of the original cost. STAY AWAY!!!

I as told I would save money. I now pay more then I did before solar, which includes the loan to Dividend. If you live off Social Security you do not qualify for the tax rebate federal or state. I have not had a zero bill from my electric company. This last month with the heat I am paying more than I did before solar was installed. I feel ripped off when the salesperson told me I could also hook up an electric car and still save money. In the winter month with little sun I get a large bill from my electric company plus the loan bill

They did an incredible job with the installation start to finish! Bryce was not lying when he said it would happen fast. Installers were respectful and efficient. Happy to be solar and saving money!

Alec, our representative for Vision Solar, arrived at the agreed appointment time. He was professional throughout his presentation. He discussed his company’s background along with how the solar program worked and its relationship with the electric company. After he completed his presentation and answered all my questions, he encouraged me to take advantage of his product. He did not try to force me into signing when I told him I wanted a few days to think about this. I’ve previously had four presentations by other companies and Alec’s has been the best for promoting this solar system and his company.

It was worth the time to learn more about solar panels,and would be beneficial to for anyone who get them

Our rep James Stout was amazing!! He walked us through every step of the way. When we had a question - he was there. He called us on his day off - from dinner to make sure we could get our electric hooked up properly with FPL.

This whole process was a nightmare from Hell. I was lied to from the salesman, Troy, to the project manager, Justin, including a Jennifer Jacobson. They did not get a county permit before installing the panels and it took form January 8, 2023, when the panels were installed until March 22, 2023 to get the permit and until May15, 2023 to get the solar working. This is an incompetent and sham business and should be shut down.

George put the facts on the table and I couldn’t help but take advantage of the savings I’d be seeing with Solar. Vision is the company I’d LOVE to work with and George is a great help getting us started. Can’t wait to start seeing the savings!!
