Ordered a camera and my confirmation email came from a weird Outlook email address. The phone number says the inbox is full. I never received any correspondence back and never got the camera. Complete scam beware!
Ordered a Sony camera. The camera was not received. The seller phone number has a full message box and doesn't take calls. The seller has not responded to my emails. The seller is using a hoax TNT tracking number to bypass PayPal protection.
A Total scam ! I was given a cloned Fedex tracking number. But thanks to a helpful Fedex driver I was able to locate the address and speak to the recipient who confirmed their Fedex parcel was correct and not from Visionspecs and that we both had the same tracking number and their 'signed for' name had been used for both aswell so my parcel never existed !. Reported to Paypal instantly after receiving the false tracking information and as there was no response from Visionspecs (false email address and permanent voicemail) Paypal have thankfully refunded the money.
The phone number is not working RED FLAG, website has poor grammar and spelling mistakes eg "methodes" , best avoid !!

Ordered a TV from the Website. The only payment option is Paypal. Received an email straight away after completing the transaction stating the order is on hold until the funds have cleared. Instantly received an email from Paypal stating that the funds have cleared. Nothing else from the Seller. Telephone number states that the voicemail box is full. Four email addresses found for the company have all ignored me. Dispute raised with Paypal and they have contacted the seller and have also been ignored.
Do not use this company. Complete scam.
