Do not trust this site – use the official Australian Government ETA service instead
The refund policy on this site says refunds must be requested at least 30 days before using the ETA. I experienced issues just days before my departure and received little to no real support – only canned, generic responses that made it clear the “Application Processing Department” is essentially just AI, not real human assistance.
On top of that, the listed phone number and physical address did not appear to be accurate or reliable, which made it even more concerning.
This service cost me about four times more than applying directly through the official Australian Government ETA channel. They accepted my payment, but when problems arose, they were not there to support me.
With only one day left before my trip, I gave up on this service and used the official Australian ETA app instead for about $25 per person, with a one-day turnaround.
Overall, a terrible experience at a significantly higher cost. I strongly recommend avoiding this site and going directly through the Australian Government’s official ETA application.
