Application for autopay is a TRAP at…

Application for autopay is a TRAP at TFL.

I had set up my autopay at TFL immediately on the day I used their tunnel. I got a direct debit card verification message from TFL for autopay setup.

Finally TFL penalised me for £90 as they said they have no record. While I talked to TFL why I got the confirmation record, they couldn’t explain to me.

I have paid my penalty first and challenged my PCN but they just hold up my case for 2 months (they committed to response within 21 days on their website which is any lie).
