Decent TV - Bad Customer Service

Ok bought one of their QLED 50" TV. The TV is good design and like that it had two remotes. I dont like how far apart the legs are, it meant having to buy a new unit.

It has Tizen OS, which is pretty good and fast. It has the Samsung TV app but now that seems to be buggy, when you click it it just goes to another channel not the app.

Live TV picture is not good, everyone looks like they are sun burnt!

Streaming apps picture quality is pretty good.

I compared the HD quality against an older HD TV and tbh is was better and not way better if you know what I mean.

Now the big issue with Vispera is the customer service, or lack of it.

I had another issue where I could not find the Apple TV app. Also when I try to open the Apple Music app it just loads few seconds then stops and returns to live tv. So no way to watch Apple TV which I paid for. Smart TV is supposed to have all the main channels.

So I emailed Vispera using the email from their website. Then they start asking me where I bought the TV from and if it was new etc... But how is that relevant? I want tech support for one of their products, its supposed to be the best source of information. They said go and ask the person you bought it from, eh? what?

What if I bought it from some elderly man, am I supposed to ring him now and ask him how to use Apple TV on the TV he sold me??

That's really bad customer service and put me off buying from this brand in the future.
