The scrapbook is excellent
The scrapbook is excellent. It’s my third scrapbook book through VistaPrint. It came damaged/punctured on the spine but VistaPrint gave me 3 options. I could either get an exact copy, a VistaPrint credit, or a refund! It was a simple process to report the damage and the solutions were reasonable. Will definitely continue to order my scrapbooks through them!

Excellent customer service, and beautiful prints
I had an issue with a reorder not matching my original business postcards, which was initially frustrating, especially since consistency is so important for my brand. However, Vistaprint’s customer service completely turned the experience around.

Misprinted Backdrops - Not happy
I'd ordered 2 backdrops/ background. They came with a blue box showing behind our company logo on the backdrop; these didn't show up on the proofs. VistaPrint attempted to remedy the errors, however, the replacements had the same error. Back to the drawing board, finally on the third try that blue box didn't show up on the fabric, but VistaPrint only sent one replacement and not two, as we'd paid for two.
