Good company with some caveats

Vista staffing solutions provide adequate service for locum physicians. In my experience they could improve two factors. Pay periods are such that if you work in the first half of month you have to wait till second week of next month to get paid. Most locums pay you by the end of subsequent week of your work. Also don't expect to have gas covered or airport parking if your are flying.
Second when finding placement they tend to favor client more than the physician which is understandable however can leave some discontentment.

The team of scheduler is patient to work with your needs and time. The travel department has your preferences and will schedule with ease your travel on time and date assigned. The reimbursement is a breeze with new online submission and very prompt. It is better than your employment situation.

Vista has been very supportive and efficient in dealing my Locum position. I will recommend this company to any one.
