Bought 2 mugs back in ‘22 and forgot to leave a review! They are still looking as new as day one. The color has not fainted despite being washed in dishwasher. I highly recommend their product. Since the reviews must be within 12 months I had to change purchase date.

Twice in just over a week I tried ordering gift for my sister for the loss of her dog. Twice I was refunded with no reason or explanation. The entire last week my 2nd order said processing and then I get an alert I'm being refunded. WTH this is not good customer care or anything.

I don't recommend this company to anyone.

The quality of the product was fine. If you are looking looking for something that is personalized and the names are important I would encourage you to find a different design. The lettering on the mug was so small It was not legible.

Better than I expected..it was the perfect gift for a 25th Wedding anniversary!

Ordered 2 plaques. 1 for retirement & another for appreciation for my doctors. They are beautiful, personalized, received in perfect condition & in record time. I highly recommend this company. They are extremely reputable. If you are on the fence about whether to do business w/them, do not hesitate. Extremely pleased.

Great quality, quick communication when trying to finalize our order, fast shipping! Our parents loved the canvas gift for their 50th anniversary.

I had placed an order for my parents 50th anniversary and realized that I had ordered a smaller size than I wanted. I contacted Vista Stars and received a response quickly with options on how to get the size that I wanted. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process and I received the finished product today (which was faster than I expected) and it looks better than I could have hoped for. I'm so excited to give it to my parents!

Loved the mug we got and REALLY appreciated the communication and customer service! I ordered a Tee and a mug and both arrived about a week later which was impressive to me because of the personalizing of the tee shirt, my dad loved them both. He has asked me to order more mugs.
