Harry was so very warm and welcoming and answered all of my questions! He was knowledgeable about how the kiosk would work for customers and what steps his design team would take to build the commercial!

The service from customer care and the…

The service from customer care and the design team has been very good. The issue I have is being told something early in the process that results in being not entirely accurate. I realize that different divisions handle separate areas of knowledge and responsibility, however, I feel there should be better coordination of information.

Lucian for the save

The first designer I worked with did not get my vision or make changes when asked. But then Lucian called and and reworked the graphics and it was 100% better and fixed anything I was not happy with right away.
