Beware, this company has terrible customer service. I ordered two pairs of sweatpants for my daughter and it took 6 weeks to receive because they ship from China. The sweatpants were WAY too small, despite following their measurement chart. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a credit, instead, they wanted me to send back to China, and when they received them (likely 6 weeks later!), would only issue a credit for their store. I don't want to buy anything from this company ever again! Beware!!

Don't bother. They ship from China, so don't expect to get your item anytime soon. And...you won't be able to return it, unless you pay to ship it back...to China!
The sizing isn't anywhere close to reality. Ordered an adult large, and it was more of a child's large. SO BEWARE!

I was also swindled by this company. I purchased what I thought were warm cozy items from women in Colorado (2 pants and 1 hoodie) I purchased 2 cashmere pants I even ordered a size larger to be extra comfy. The hoodie didn’t arrive at all. I can’t even pull the pants past my thighs. The pants are a cotton blend at best and have an awful chemical smell. I placed the order Dec 13, 2019 and received only the pants on January 28, 2020.

Items take 30-45 days to arrive. Their sizes are about two sizes smaller than listed. They don’t accept returns or exchanges. I had to place a fraud charge with my bank to get my money back.

Way too small! Sleeves are disproportionate.
I received the Product in a fairly decent time but the website tells you it is group of women from Colorado that started the business...it is not. It is front For an online store in China. I have been burned by online China stores Lately. Back to only shopping at US stores I know and trust.

Like Randi below - I am the same. I thought it was a US company then only to get a tracking number in china and told that it would be over 8 weeks to get what I ordered. I got 1 tracking number yet they split my order and never received 1/2 of the order. I am in a dispute with the poor company. Here is my complaint.

See I think you are missing the point here:

1. I only received half of the order. And there is no sign of the other half
2. The quality is poor and the material looks warn
3. The sizes are Asian at best and probably 2 under what they should be
4. The colors are not the same
5. Return policy should not be something you have to look at first prior to visiting a company but to only be able to return if not on sale. This means Tweet the crap out of what a bad company you are. Lesson learned do not buy unless via amazon.
6. Nothing against china but if I have to ship back there - the cost exceeds the option to buy. I would rather shop elsewhere.
7. Your customer service team repeats the same thing and does not understand customer sediment or the value of the customer.

I am spending my money now elsewhere. Your company is definitely a buyer beware.
