Unacceptable experience!
My experience with Beamershop was the worse! I`ve ordered a 3D passive silver screen and I`ve been waiting for it 1 month. I received from them not a silver screen, but a white projection surface, so it wasn`t passive, but active. Also, the screen had to be portable, using staples, not screws and respecting a plan that the agent shown me before ordering. But, when I received the screen, I unexpectedly received bars of 3 and 2 meters. So, the screen was non demountable, even if my order wasn`t so. I talk to the agent and I told him that the screen that I received is under no case the screen I`ve ordered. He told me that it was a mistake, a communication problem when the order was submitted and that he will fix the problem as soon as possible. After few days waiting, the agent gave me the answer and he told me that they have no more material for the projection surface and that they could refund the money to me or I must wait 3 weeks until they get a new material stock. It was not a satisfactory answer for me, but I accepted. After 3 weeks waiting, the agent came back with a mail telling me that they can not fulfill my order due to material problems they noticed talking to the producer. So, the 2 options were to wait indefinitely for the command or get my money back. Finally, I got the refund and I kept the wrong screen that I received initially and I lost all contracts for the 3 months when I had no technology to run the 3D movies because Beamershop. I am very disappointed in how Beamershop created and managed this situation! I know that they seem to be a high level company, however such a situation is not easy to meet even to small companies. It is unacceptable and we will never work together anymore!
