Had my doubts after seeing the company sold lots of random items but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of postage. no communication was necessary and I havnt been bombarded with follow up sales emails.

Pretty poor Customer Service
Pretty poor Customer Service. Ordered 4 x 5 litres of floor cleaner. EVRI ( not a good sign ) delivered a box of 2 to a Business address at 6.30 AM on a Sunday morning.
When I contacted Vitapoint they said the delivery had been split as it was heavy and the other 2 were on the way. Tracking number said otherwise. Automatic reply to emails and phone message box full

Awful!! Ordered some spray paint. Colour not as depicted on website, not even close. Tried to organise a return and was given the runaround on a chat thing!

Incorrect health information on listing
Item description said that ".... Its sugar-free composition makes it suitable for those managing their sugar intake, including diabetics".
However, Vitapoint have conflated 2 products from the same manufacturer; and the item sent was not sugar-free.
Initially customer services replied that it was a packing error. After I re-iterated that it was a listing error, they replied that they would forward the information to their listing team.
However, 12 days on, the product is still on sale with incorrect health advice.

had to contact customer service, regarding an order that was meant to be next day on the 3rd day i got my delivery has mentioned how it had held up my project as the next day delivery was my reason for ordering from this company, you get an automated reply saying how they value customer service, i get an email the day after delivery with photos showing my delivery is now delivered

I've not once said my parcel is missing this company although they say they value your custom do not listen guarantee a next day delivery they can not guarantee AVOID if you truly want anything next day
