A week ago, 14 Jan 2026, I ordered enzymes for €182, which were debited from my account on the same day. The delivery time was supposed to be 3–4 business days. To date, I have not received an order confirmation or delivery, and there has been absolutely no communication.
I also created a customer account, but I cannot access it. Apparently, the account was not created at all. If I could, I would rate the company with 0 stars.
Update: After publishing the above review, BMS Vital contacted me and sent me the package, which I received a few days later. Thank you very much for your quick response! This has restored my confidence in your company, and I will give you another chance with a future order. I have therefore increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

Ok I received my money straight away, thank you vita store. Its just that there had gone 1 week and I tried sending a email, that couldnt go through. I have confidence to try again, but you do have good products

There were some issues with the last order, which were eventually remediated. The communication in fixing the issue was polite and helpful. There is room for improvement, when it comes to managing the store though.

Very effective, high-quality items, shipped super quickly and delivered on time, would definitely order again, thank you very much!
Order placed on 22/05, paid, then placed in backorder, wrote 5 times to cancel it immediately (i needed it quickly), no answer, called 4 times on 23/05 at 9.05 am, no answer.
Update 23/05 18.10, they responded after a full 2 working days "we have cancelled your order and processed the refund. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear back on your account". Let's see how it will end up...

Apparently posting a bad review here is more effective than emailing customer service. After I posted this, I got a response and a refund so at least I know the store is not a scam.
I ordered an item that was available for back order only on 15th of March. The website claimed the product would would be delivered within 2 weeks. It's 2nd of April today and I got no notification or clarification from the store why my product hasn't been shipped yet. I emailed them yesterday and got no response. I paid a lot of money for my order and now I regret buying from this store.

I ordered produto a week ago and the status didn’t change from payed to shiped, yet. I am contacting them on email, they don’t respond. When try to call them, there is only a recorded voice saying GOOD BYE and then the line drops. It seems to me like a scam?
Update: I changed the stars from 1 to 3. I’ve got the answer on the email 1 days after I submitted the review, but I didn’t want to edit it before I would get the package. I’ve got the package today (17.3.) So, the issues were the telephone and the delay. At least it was not a scam.

Seems to be a scam.
Ordered on November 7th 2024. I received an invoice, the money was booked from credit card but nothing since then. 77€ out of the window, I do not expect to receive the product I ordered.
I called the number on the website and sent an email as well. Guess what? No reply.
Last Ressort is writing this review here like others did before me already.
In case Vita-store sees this review, my order number is WNFLLYHWQ.
Nevertheless not a trustworthy or professional company.

I've tried 5 different credit cards to pay my order and noone is working via klarna. Just please, change a provider and put someone normal and opened to the whole word. I've spent 3 hours on your site ! And what is surprising is that last time the same cards worked. Just unbelievable, I'm looking now for the same products on others sites as I have enough of it (and yes, I've checked up the amount etc...)

I have the order placed on the 19th of July. Today is the 29th, still do not have my order. They wrote to me one time and said that one of the products is still on the way. Ten days passed and there is no result.
