Unavailable products and wrong products
I have placed an order for three products.
I have waited about two weeks for delivery because one product claimed in stock was actually unavailable.
Even more ridiculous is the fact that the other two products are delivered with the wrong products after waiting for two weeks.
I request a return delivery for the wrong products to be collected at my address. However, it is refused, and they even refuse to provide me with the right products.
Their logic is that when they make mistakes, the customer should fix them. If you don't, they label you as difficult customers and threaten you "We have hereby decided not to send you the correct goods and to leave the communication at that."
