I too have had the same interactions....sending emails to Vitadrive etc. Order took 7 weeks to arrive from order to delivery it came today (16/04/26) although now that I've read the potential risks with high metal etc, I'll be throwing them straight in the bin. Awful company I will NEVER order from these cowboys/girls again

I would give it a zero if I could! I ordered this product on the first of March, it’s now the 10th of April and I still haven’t received it. Ohhh and I paid for expedited shipping!

I don't know if I was ordering from VitaDrive or VitaCore number one??? "VitaDrive" order was canceled after paying Express Delivery didn't facilitate notable shipping progress and after some investigation, it was sent from China, which they conceal from you, by having a US office that it is shipped too! I researched their carrier to find out my order was shipped from China, which isn't revealed, when you use the tracking link provided in the email! They state the ingredients are made in the US though??? So US ingredients are used to make a Himalayan Shilajit in China, then shipped to the US, when ordered by a customer? No definite third party testing definitely don't want a Himalayan Shilajit from China! Don't use Vitadrive or VitaCore!

I ordered the product on March 2nd 2026. Still not received the parcel. Very poor communication with the support. Tracingnumber provided by the company shows no movement. I asked the to resend, but no confirmation from them. It is just frustrating to deal with companies like this. Look for another supplier!

Ordered February 18th and received on April 4th. I also messaged them several times thinking I was scammed even if they had tracking. When it took past 30 days I really started to message more and they more or less didn’t want to offer anything other than a copy and paste response I had already gotten. So very poor customer service because when it had been over 5 week they kept saying it it takes more than 30 days let us know and when told again they copy and paste without really replying. When they do it’s an offer of like a 20% off on next order which they will just try to sign you up for subscription which I paid the extra to keep from that on first order. I got the 3 and get 2 free plus a bonus offer on a 6th at a discount watch out they tried to sneak in another subscription on it since I refused the first.

Now about the product they arrived in a single shipping envelope pack. I did receive all 6 bags and inside I’m assuming all 30 in individually wrapped packs. I’ve taken 2 gummies a day for 4 days now haven’t noticed any changes yet. I will say the flavor is not great, and have something to wash it down with. Was mainly ordering for the claim of helping detox my organs and help keep from protein leaking in urine and causing foamy urine. I doubt any of the other claims of the sexual functions or benefits are true. Also if you think taking 4 a day is gonna make you hung like that fake lady says it’s only because your gonna be like a DA believing that.

I just received the gummies but I too thought it was a scam. I ordered Feb 22 and just received my order on April 3. I don't have a review of the performance yet, the taste is what you could expect from minerals you know what i mean. I tracked and emailed just like every one else,so I understand the frustration

This is a scam! I ordered one-time back in early January and Vitadrive turned that into a subscription. I have emailed them numerous times and never quit harassing. I changed my credit card to stop their attempts to charge. The product smells and I threw it in the trash. They just don't quit nor take the hint.

Worst ...smell and look was off...reported it to customer service when I was afraid to consume...said I can not return

They're a little bad tasting for the herbs so I swallow it whole. Less than a week so results are pending.

1. It took 30 days just for it to ship. 2. Had trouble getting through customs. 3. Because it was trouble with customs, my dummies never came and it was just marked delivered. 4. Sent repeated emails about the situation to no response. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER

This is a major scam. Don't buy from them. They never delivered my order and are trying to deduct money out of my account on a weekly basis. The US authorities must delete this company and arrest these fraudsters

Please do not TRUST this company. My spouse was purchasing gummies from Vitacore because Vitadrive claimed to be Vitacore and sold under their name. I personally spoke with Vitacore, who ONLY sells PPE equipment and has NEVER sold gummies or vitamins. In addition, my spouse cancelled his recurring monthly charge 3 months ago, and we are still getting charged. Keep in mind, these products are potentially dangerous since they have been misrepresented by the company. BUYER BEWARE!

It took over a month to receive. I tried it and it has the worst taste. I see some people say that it has a pleasant taste. I tried two and they were awful I want a refund. I don’t know if this is a bad bunch or what. I ordered Vitacore and it comes back VitaDrive. Not a good experience. How do I return for full refund?
