Horrible customer service. I placed an oder and was provided a tracking link that went to a website for me to download an app. There was no tracking number and I thought I will just get the delivery notification. 1 Month after (5-7 business day delivery), I contacted them that I never received the package. they asked for tracking number, which I was never provided with. I did send them the order confirmation email and receipts but never got refunded. They basically told me it shows delivered on their end. Very unprofessional. Looks like they cant even manage a simple order delivery system. 5 months now, still no refund processed.

I recently ordered a sports bra from Vitae Apparel and can’t be more satisfied! An email about the expected date of arrival said it would come in more than a month when in fact I got my package after 1.5 weeks!

As the title tells you, I’m a fan of their quality. The fabric is not too thick and not too thin and all in all, their apparel looks very expensive (in a good way).

Only downside when ordering from Austria (maybe from the EU in general): I had to pay 15€ of import fees to receive my package which is pretty pricey.
