Never shipped order and never responded to my followups

They never shipped my order (even their website's order status stays at "confirmed") and never responded to my submission in the "Contact Us" form where I asked for help and support. Order placed in July, it is currently October. Estimated shipment date when ordering was middle of July.

The products themselves were really good but the lack of any semblance of customer support when things go wrong take me from a potential lifelong customer that would buy this every month down to an avoid at all costs advocate.
