They lie, they dont reply, they don’t respect their own policy. They deserve police report and UAE customer rights department to check their business. I returned items due to small fittings and poor quality in the time frame to get full refund and still I got the store credit. People start reporting this business to Department of Economy Development (DED) in Dubai and to the police. This is scamming when they purposely withhold our money.

I’ve spent a lot of money on Vita Grace over the years and have bought several pieces, but this experience has really pushed the limit. I placed an order on 19 April 2025 for five items totaling over £500. None of these items were listed as pre-order at the time of purchase. In fact, the confirmation email states, “Some items do have a 4 week wait and this is stated clearly in the product description.” I’ve since checked every product I ordered, and not one of them includes that notice.

I contacted customer service on 6 May for an update and have yet to receive any response. It’s absolutely unacceptable, customers are paying premium prices and can’t even get a basic reply, let alone their order.

I placed an order with this company on March 9, and as of now – nearly two months later – my order has still not been delivered. The company has no phone number or physical address, only an email and Instagram account. When you message them on Instagram, they refer you to email. When you email, it takes 5–7 days to get a generic response saying they will “check with the team” — and then no one follows up.

This has been going on for two months with no resolution. I have already filed official complaints with Dubai eCrime and the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

I strongly urge anyone else in the same situation to do the same, so authorities can take proper action. Hopefully, they will fix this or shut the company down so no one else falls victim to this scam.

I'm seeing may comments like mine on here. Ordered in DUBAI pre-order item in March and in April (due date) it didn't arrive. Email told me I would have to wait another 2 weeks - that was a month ago! No delivery, emailed multiple times and no response from them. DO NOT ORDER! Company seems to be still taking orders which is CRIMINAL!

Please please please do not buy from this company. They take your money but don’t send you your clothes for weeks. They don’t let you cancel your order. Customer service is non existent. Save your money.

Unfortunately the negative reviews were valid. I returned two items for refund and the company has been quiet for two weeks now.

Scam website - no order received paid express - what a joke. No reply to customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a few items, which have been delayed a few times and I am still waiting to receive them. I do absolutely not recommend this so called brand, due to enormous delays and they aren’t costumer friendly. If I could give zero stars, I’d do so!!! I hope the quality will be at least acceptable, as some of previous reviewers mentioned cheap quality.

I recently purchased few dresses from Vita Grace. The quality was incredibly disappointing. The fabric felt cheap and see-through, and the seams started unraveling after just one wash. I also had trouble reaching customer service to get a replacement. The return thru DHL is about 300$ foton USA. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Learn from my mistakes. I bought a coord over a month ago. I queried where my items were and was told the set was on pre order which it wasn't when i purchased. I was then told it would arrive last week which i said was too late and to cancel my orderr.

I've worked in ecom for 15 years and i know you can cancel an order when needed. We also have problems with our factories at times and when customers have to cancel due to not meeting expectations we do it in a heartbeat HOWEVER Vita Grace are still holding my money hostage saying there is nothing they can do. All lies...
The item was for a holiday which has been on gone. It doesnt need to be sent, it needs to be cancelled and refunded due to false advertising.

Please show some respect for your customers and yourself and just do the right thing.

Vita Grace Review

I’ve ordered twice from Vita Grace over the years. Each time, my item was delayed but eventually arrived.

However, I placed an order in mid-April and have had no updates since. I followed up with messages and emails but received no response. After some research, I discovered that the company has gone into liquidation — yet they are still accepting orders.

They’ve also disabled comments on Instagram, which says a lot.

Please avoid ordering from them!

Horrendous service. I returned my item via DHL as per their request (costing £48) which arrived in their Dubai office over a week ago and I have had no confirmation of receipt and no reply to my 3 emails. I am now £200 out of pocket. Will never buy from them again!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Please save your self the hassle and do not order from this company!! They said it stated when I ordered the dress it was a pre order (it wasn’t I read through) so that was a lie. Anyways they said it would be dispatched the 10th April. Still no delivery, no dispatch email and are no ignoring instagram and emails! They are literally just getting away with robbing people and have the cheek to carry on advertising new things. Horrible people. Customer service is terrible!! I always take reviews with a pinch of salt but honestly save your self the hassle of getting a refund through you bank and AVOID!!!

Ordered 8th feb , chased promised delivery on dates , never delivered . Refused a refund. Delivered 9 weeks late, asked for a refund 5 days post delivery, refund refused as over 7 days ( yes they also can’t count as well as offer any customer service) . Reported to PayPal

Same as everyone else here. I ordered an item and it was taking over a week to be dispatched so I emailed. They said my order was a pre-order item which was NOT stated on the website when I ordered.

They kept pushing back my dispatch date and nearly two months later, it says my order has been delivered but the proof of delivery isn’t at my house. They are now ignoring my emails.

Same as everyone else… ordered 6th March. Despatch date pushed back further and further. Would not allow me to cancel the order using some awful excuse. Told me item would be dispatched on 21st April and now being ghosted by the company. Reporting to the DET and police. Total scammers!

Do not order from this webpage! I orderd a dress, payed extra to get it shipped right away and for it to arrive between «2-5 businessdays» , after almost two weeks I sent an email, they took almost a week to respond, they replied; they said it was a preorder product and would be shipped 18th april… which was not written when I booked, but when I checked after almost three weeks , it said that, so that was put on the webpage after I ordered. 18th april came, no email about it beeing shipped, I sent an email 20th asking about the dress, today is 24th still no reply, I even sent a messsge through the «message» on Instagram….now it says on the webpage: preorder and will be shipped between 25-30th april…so they changed it again from 18th to 25-30th april. I bought it 1,5 months ago. Horrible and totally not professional customerservice nor business despite their many followers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBPAGE!

Similar experience to others. Ordered a dress that they notified me was back in stock a month ago. Told me it will be dispatched and it hasn't been. They won't give me a refund and keep replying the same thing to my emails. Do not buy from here.

Placed an order on the 15th March with a dispatch date of the 25th-30th March. I emailed them to chase my order and was promised they would be dispatched on the 21st April, still nothing! Ignoring my emails and refused my refund! Do not waste your time or money!!!
