Additional Charges on Mother's Day Package Order

I am writing to seek clarification regarding my recent order, placed under the Mother's Day package promotion. The details of my order are as follows:

Menopause x3
Herba Precious 60 Capsules x3
Water Reduction Capsules x3
Lingzhi x3

As part of the promotion, there were several free items included with this package. However, upon reviewing the invoice, I noticed an additional charge of AUD 138.45 applied to these "free" gifts. This discrepancy was unexpected, as the promotional webpage indicated that these items would be complimentary

Could you please clarify the reason for this additional cost? I would appreciate it if you could review my order and ensure that the promotional terms are correctly applied.

Delivery not on time

I have ordered some products recently three times. The online store said that the delivery time is two weeks. However, no delivery could be done within 14 days. More worse, I had to send message to the store to remind them to complete the deliveries after that specified number of days!

Vita Green using AI customer service

Product I order was returned by custom in US. I try to contact their customer service to ship my item back ASAP as we really need it. All my message was reply by the same message. No matter what question I ask. I got the same reply. No one shipping our product back to us. No phone number to call. I waste 10 days going through their online support. It is very frustrating. This kind of service is unacceptable and the worst I ever got.

still have not received the items…

still have not received the items shipped on 2/14 as of 3/6. Items are still stuck at the parcel center, shipping detail indicated that unauthorized animal identified in package contents. I'm just speechless.

Terrible customer service and return…

Terrible customer service and return policy. I suffered severe stomachache after taking the pills and requested to return the product. The customer service refused my request stating the product couldn't be returned because it was already opened.

Delay in delivery caused by confusion in despatch company name and declared contents

1. The despatch company showed a name that was very confusing to me;
2. The declared contents in the box (powder pads) were absolutely NOT what I have paid for;
3. The COD import fee was too big an amount, possibly a result of what was declared as the contents;
4. Pts. 1 & 2 have caused a delay in the delivery, which had already taken more than two weeks before the delay!
