Additional Charges on Mother's Day Package Order
I am writing to seek clarification regarding my recent order, placed under the Mother's Day package promotion. The details of my order are as follows:

As part of the promotion, there were several free items included with this package. However, upon reviewing the invoice, I noticed an additional charge of AUD 138.45 applied to these "free" gifts. Product I order was returned by custom in US. I try to contact their customer service to ship my item back ASAP as we really need it. All my message was reply by the same message. No matter what question I ask. I got the same reply. No one shipping our product back to us. No phone number to call. I waste 10 days going through their online support. It is very frustrating. This kind of service is unacceptable and the worst I ever got.

Delay in delivery caused by confusion in despatch company name and declared contents
1. The despatch company showed a name that was very confusing to me;
2. The declared contents in the box (powder pads) were absolutely NOT what I have paid for;
3. The COD import fee was too big an amount, possibly a result of what was declared as the contents;
4. Pts. 1 & 2 have caused a delay in the delivery, which had already taken more than two weeks before the delay!
