Purchased a Radar Detector from vital aussies, it took forever to arrive, the voice on the device is in a foreign language, it’s not going help me at all, very very disappointed in the product, should not be able to sell this product.
I purchased Optivision glasses from them on 8 January 2026. They arrived a two days ago and do not work as advertised.
The company on their purchase page offers a 'Full and complete money back guarantee' but they refuse and make multiple excuses.
They also have supposed "trust pilot' reviews on their website from Australians which appear to be self generated and not legitimate.
I am lodging information with Trust Pilot for investigation.
I have also lodged multiple complaints and investigations today with business and government consumer agencies for action.
