rude and unprofessional

I really wanted this to work out, but I’ve had a terrible experience. I paid for a full month of hosting but only got about 4 days of actual uptime. The lag was constant, and then I lost my data entirely, which is a dealbreaker for any host. When I reached out to the owner (Betterdragon) for help, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional instead of actually fixing the problem. It seems like they’re just reselling low-quality services from providers like Powerdown. Definitely look for a more stable alternative.

all of the other 5 star reviews are taken on the basis of free server
their paid server is very bad very means very the owner is abuser (just go check his discord server he sends abuse in annoucements)
