I ordered Dream Elements Extra Strength…

I ordered Dream Elements Extra Strength Sleep Drops. The bottle arrived today and the contents look like brown sludge.

I tried calling the customer service number and it rings one time before disconnecting.

I would not recommend.

Automatic Subscription

I placed an order from vitaldepot as I was on there an advertisement popped up. This was a free trial offer which was only $6.90. A month later I was charged $89.95 on my credit card. On the charge invoice it shows MD COMPLEXION, which I thought was vitaldepot, the email is TRY COMPLEXIONMD. I called and the number says ON LINE ORDER SERVICE no company name.
I called to ask what the charge was for again no name only says customer service. She talked over me saying what do you think of the product. I told her I did not want it and I wanted a refund. She said I would receive an email with refund instructions I never did.
The second month I received my bill and was again charged but this time 95.00 for (1) jar. I called and was told I had received an auto-ship of the product. I told her that I had not and that I did NOT want any Complexion MD anti-wrinkle cream. I argued with the person on the phone who refused to give me a refund.
She said I was on the subscription I said cancel it I never ordered it.
Now I have 2 jars I never ordered ripped off for 184.95. It is advertised as a trail for 6.90.

Hi Tonda!

We are sorry to hear about your order experience, but it appears that you may in fact have the wrong company.

Vital Depot does not offer customers with the ability to participate in trials, nor do we provide continuity programs; we are sorry for the confusion. We suggest contacting your financial institution, for the name and phone number of the merchant you purchased from and contacting them directly. "We hope this info helps you rectify your issue".

Have a great day!
