Buyer beware of these fraudsters.
Very dishonest company. My advice is to stay away from them. What seemed like a straightforward transaction for me turned out to be a scam.
I ordered a wrist brace from them in response to an internet advertisement. As I was completing the transaction, I was informed that, in appreciation for my business as a new customer, I was eligible for a free gift. They gave me three options and I chose a kitchen knife. Some weeks later, I received some compression socks in the mail. I never ordered that product and have no use for it. There was a charge for $29.95 on my credit card for what was described as a monthly subscription for these socks that I never ordered and had no use for. I called the company and insisted that they cancel that subscription and refund my money. They did cancel that subscription but refused to issue a refund. They told me that by accepting their free gift, I had agreed to this purchase. I don’t believe I did any such thing. I had multiple conversations with their customer service department, and was told each time that they had no authority to refund my money. In my opinion, this company is engaging in deceptive selling practices in violation of federal and state laws. In essence, they have brazenly stolen money from me. While the amount in question is not large, the aggressive and fraudulent tactics employed by this company are despicable.
