Ordered the D3 in December of 2024. Payment was accepted but product was never received. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times with no reply. Total scam, don’t waste your money like the rest of us did.

Add me to the list of people that spent $100 with this “company” and received nothing and sent multiple messages with screenshots of my purchase only to find my purchase not registered as traceable, get zero response and receive nothing. Anybody want to file a case against these thieves with me?

I placed an order from this Company in Richmond Hill, Ontario on December 2!l
And as of today April 10, I have not yet received the product. A huge SCAM!!!

Not sure what the negative reviews are for. Email the company until you get a response. They are the ONLY Health Canada licensed D3 + K2 supplement in Canada with 2500 IU D3 + 120mcg K2. So them going out of stock is expected… they also manufacture in Canada. I had my order #2121 delayed by 3 weeks. I kept emailing admin (at) vitalingredients.ca and eventually got a response from Michelle. My order was delivered the following week. 1 year supply, the strongest D3 + K2 in Canada. Amazing feeling 2 weeks into my usage. You only need 1 softgel a day but if you want 5000 IU D3 or more, adjust as needed. Yes - they definitely need to improve customer service and Michelle promised me they are joining with a 3PL to ensure this doesn’t happen again and that orders are shipped out the day they are received. To the people complaining, email the admin email I mentioned above and ASK for Michelle or put her name in the subject. She’ll take care of your order ASAP! Hope this helps :)

I was scammed by the chinese company and now this one that was SUPPOSED to the real one I am sure they are one and the same!!! I ordered December and it is now February

I placed an order with VitalIngredients (vitalingredients.ca) on January 2, 2025, and it was never delivered. They took my money and completely ignored all my attempts to contact them.

To make matters worse, their store has been removed from Amazon.ca, which proves they are a fraudulent company.

This is a 100% scam! Do not trust them or waste your money!

Ordered back in December,still no response to emails and no product 😡🤬😡

I also ordered from Vital Ingredients, my order was placed on Jan 3, 2025. 5 - 10 days for shipment, it has now been 19 days. I have emailed 3 times with no response back. I will be calling Mastercard and canceling my credit card order with them.

There is no phone number to contact them, which is strange.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Vital Ingredients. I placed an order over five weeks ago, and my product has yet to be shipped. I’ve reached out via email multiple times to inquire about the status, but I have not received any response.

This lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly frustrating. I had high hopes for this company based on reviews, but this experience has been unacceptable. I would appreciate some resolution or at least an acknowledgment of my concerns.

Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this company to others.
