SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! Be aware
I have been scammed by them like other people here. I have got convinced to try out their product as free trial and option to cancel the subscription. But I missed to cancel it within time. And they sent me invoice for 1 year even though in contract it was stated as 6 months validity. And when I enquired about invoices after 6 months, customer service lady told that 6 months invoice and products is split into 2 and send for 12 months.
Until then, I blamed myself for falling under their trap only.
But, now it is next level. Last november I confirmed twice over customer service call that cancellation of subscription after 12 months. And she clearly stated my subscription is already updated to cancel from January 2026. But they have sent invoice for this month as well.
I woke up very late now and searching these people. Anyway I am going to raise the complaint in "konsunenrverket"

They say that you can cancel a subscription at any time but customer service told me I am now bound to them for a year. They sent me a small snippet of the phone conversation and I’m certain that that was the only time the salesperson said anything about a cancellation time. Throughout the conversation she said that I would at a later time get an offer IF I wanted to continue which I did not want. Scam company!!

I have been tricked into the same scandal. I was told that I will get tablets at discount rate for a month and then I can cancel whenever i want. Now when i sent them a mail saying I do not need the tablet, I have been told that I have signed years contract. I clearly told the selling person that I am new in Sweden and i do not understand Swedish. I was told that agreement is just for one month. They are lying to people. I am thinking of talking to police. This is very shameful.

All of a sudden had a 69kr invoice via SVEA from Vitalplus.se. I called svea, they had no idea what it was about. Called Vitalplus.se they did not have any idea either. This month Svea doubbled the amount. Can not get hold of them I have not even purchased anything at the date that they are claiming.
This company is fraud!!! 0 star from me! Avoid them at all cost!

Customer service can not help because I didn't revoke the buy in time. Because I believed the sales woman. If I would recommend people anything is it to NOT buy anything from here.

SCAM AND FRAUD
Stay away.
They trick you to buy with a phone conversation. They aim for elderly people and people who came to Sweden recently and try to trick them in.
I am working on a collective act here to sue them and save some money of people in Sweden because my lawyer says there are actions there that can be labels as scam and fraud.
