I tried ordering by telephone however there was a message saying they were having problems with phone service so i ordered on line, what a mistake. I kept sending e-mails asking for tracking info never received it. cancelled my order and contacted my credit card telling them not to pay the charge. 5 days later it arrives ona Saturday no way to contact anyone. I sent an e mail telling them I wanted to return the item never heard from them. I put Return To Sender on the package and put it in thew mail. This coompany is not legit do not trust them.

Several phone calls all saying ring back in 10 minutes our lines are busy (YES ALL COMPLAINTS) NO DOUBT
Filled in 3 separate forms they supply asking for details and saying they would reply back in 24 hours except for weekends
3 emails outlining my complaint and not a reply or acknowledgement.
When I looked up TRUST PILOT the answer was clear. Either a SCAM or not interested - Once they have your money.
Were both aged 85 and still think businesses are honest,..still learning the truth it seems. this company is NOT HONEST. judging by the comments they never have been.

I ordered a blood pressure monitor on the 29th October with a guaranteed delivery date of two days. On the 3rd Nov I decided to do a little searching on this company and I found a lot of complaints, from non delivery, cheap products etc. I launched a complaint on paypal (which luckily I used for payment) and also sent a strong email to vitaltrack.org demanding a full refund. To my surprise the full refund has been made this morning, lesson learnt.

TENS machine used once, now not working. Have emailed twice and tried phoning (always says call back in 10 mins they're busy). Useless !! Don't buy. Oh and their advert says '7 left' - it's been like that since I foolishly bought mine.

A convincing scam - don't fall for it!
I have had exactly the same experience as your other reviewers, in my case with a blood pressure monitor. It packed up after two or three uses of it. Emails to the company go unanswered, and calls to the customer helpline no of 0161 399 0341 are continually answered by the same recorded message asking you to to "ring back in 10 minutes". I urge all customers similarly scammed to raise a complaint and request for a refund through their credit card or other payment channels, otherwise these so called suppliers will continue to get away with this. And what about the healthandliving,net website which continues to show the Vitaltrack device as "The Overall 2024 Winner for the Editor's Pick of the Best Blood Pressure Monitors" Are they part of the scam as well? I have reported my experience to them, but so far that recommendation remains up on their website.

I ordered a tens machine
I ordered a tens machine. It came without the pads as described in the advert. Every time I ring, it is the same message all the time. They will get back to you in ten minutes. That doesn't happen. I have also messaged them. They will get back to you in a few hours. Again nothing. I have chronic back pain and was really looking forward to some pain relief instead of all this stress.

Looks like I'm more lucky compares to most people. I got the product (TENS pro version) despite it came later than I expected when paying extra for priority delivery. I used the machine once and it's alright with basic function for the 1st test . However, the manual is not clear so I tried to scan the QR code. Then I found it its bad reputation when the code for video of instruction are not available at all. The instruction video is not posted anywhere on its website either (as printed on the front page of the manual).
Then I noticed there are a lot of misleading information about the product, as well as the information in the manual does not match with the machine's model. My bad for not checking the website carefully, there are so many suspicions of the information on the website that I missed them in the first time browsing (then placed an order without checking it first). Honestly, I dont think it's worth 60 quid (I paid extra for fast delivery tho). People who have been scammed by them, please report the business to the government.

Fraudulent company, with false advertising and false endorsements everywhere, seems a professional and reputable website and also ranked no.1 on comparison sites but buyer beware, never received the product and only got a response when threatened to report and escalate it, money still in pending so lets see if i get the refund if not will have to pursue further.

I ordered a blood pressure monitor from them on the 19th of September and heard nothing, they did not answer the phone or return my email. Fortunately, I paid for my blood pressure monitor through PayPal. When I realised this is a scam company I immediately contacted PayPal and raised a complaint. My money was refunded the same day. I have referred this company (registered name Blue Ocean ECOM Limited) to Trading standards via the CAB, and also to Action Fraud
