Customer Support Slays

I recently had an order arrive for two rings I bought. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line, one of the ring models was swapped and I received a different ring alongside one of the original models I ordered. Two emails and a quick pic to the support team and I had a new order number and shipping tracking for a replacement ring of the correct model. This took all of 5 minutes. Super efficient and helpful! Reasonable steps to prove issue and provide a happy outcome. I’m glad that Vitaly has great customer support staff to accompany a brand with amazing designs.

Super accommodating

My necklace broke but they were super accommodating in helping me get a replacement. I was also very surprised on how fast they responded and was able to approve the replacement. I thought I would have to wait a day for a response, but it took less than an hour

Poorly Managed, You will not receive anything.

Deeply disappointed, I had always wanted to try their chains and earrings and finally managed to put my thoughts together and placed a £400 order with the items I wanted.
After almost 1 week of waiting for my order to be shipped their customer support advised that they’re gonna have to reship the items since they don’t know what’s happened to my package, I said that’s fine and go ahead with the reshipping, a day later there’s another email saying that one of the items isn’t in stock and asked what do I wanna do about it. At this point I knew the items are not gonna arrive on time for my event so I asked them to cancel the ones not in stock, 3 days passed and I got yet another email from them saying that a different item isn’t in stock now!?!?!? Like honestly how hard is it to get up your chair and go check your stock, pack that thing and print a label and assure your customer that the reshipping is going to happen? So after all, over 2 weeks passed and they kept my money they wanted to know what I wanna do again? Obviously at this point I asked them to cancel the entire order and refund. without any proper explanation or apologies they sent an email saying here’s your money bye. (basically f off)!
Shocking organisation and truly awful service.
It would have been nice if they at least offered a compensation or send out the items with a discount at least after holding my £400 for over 2 weeks :/

Sometimes unexpected issues with carriers can affect delivery times, and it does appear that your order was delayed due to an issue with the shipping company. While rare, this set of circumstances compounded due to extreme fluctuations in stock because of a high volume in sales, meaning that we couldn't send replacements to you because they were all sold out.

We can certainly see from your support ticket that the agent was not dismissive and went so far as to apologize to you and provide you with your refund immediately. Although you did not request a discount or gift card, surely your support agent would have been happy to make you an offer on a new replacement order if that was in your interest.

When a customer reports packages missing, we thoroughly investigate with our carriers to see what has happened and consider all possible avenues and perspectives to provide a solution based on the evidence. In situations where it is appropriate, we will provide replacements and refunds, however in other cases where delivery is proven, the verdict may be a denial if the evidence substantiates such a decision.

I owe you an apology

A week ago I wrote a bad review of Vitaly and I honestly have to apologize. I placed an order but canceled it because I got the wrong size, so they were going to refund me but the money didn't appear in my bank account. I complained to Vitaly and they very kindly responded to me many times that the refund had already been made, and that was true. The culprits were the people who work at my bank and they did not explain to me well what was happening. So, sorry Vitaly, because the truth is that I am a big fan of all their products, they have top quality. And maybe if you are in Latin America like me, the prices may seem high to you, but I assure you that they are worth it and if you use them, you will surely receive more than one compliment

Helpful, timely customer support

With a recent order from Vitaly Design, I've had to contact their Support Team twice, at no fault of Vitaly. The first time I contact support was because I forgot to use a coupon code I had received. They very quickly resolved the issue and I was able to receive my goods at a discounted price. The second time I contact support was due to some of my order going missing during the international postal delivery (damage to the bag). Support, again, very quickly resolved the issue and agreed to a one-time good will gesture of resending the missing products. In both cases, the resolution of the issue was very fast and my best case scenarios. On top of my support experience, the pieces I own from Vitaly are also really great quality and have lasted a long time.

worth the pricetag

I love the pieces i got from them. ngl they are pricy for my budget but the quality is so good and i‘ve been wearing my rings and chains so many times and got so many compliments for them that i don’t regret it one bit. they have sales every now and then so i recommend taking advantage of those! (already did several times)

First time buyer, but not the last.

First time buyer - but not the last.

I got an ad for these guys on instagram, and saw a necklace that was pretty much exactly what I've been looking for since like, probably a couple of years. I wrote them with some questions about the chain, and I was really impressed that they both responded very quickly (within a couple of hours) and with a very clear and knowledgable answer (which I often don't get when speaking to companies.

Customer service at most companies are usually useless when I have enquiries about the actual products. EG not that long ago I asked about the waterproofness of a particular pair of Dr Martens and I could tell that the customer service rep was just making up their answer on the spot and had no idea what the real answer was, and probably had no idea who to speak to in their company to find out.

I actually placed my order a few hours before the black friday sale went live, and missed out on a pretty spectacular discount. After contacting them about it, they didn't just give me store credit, but refunded me the difference which they technically didn't have to, but did anyway and I really appreciated it. It made the experience of buying so good.

Lastly - I received the actual product a few days ago and the quality of the chain itself is amazing, I am SO happy with it. First of all the packaging is probably the best I've had on any order. It's over the top (in a good way) how well its packed and secured.

The chain itself that I ordered is the Ransom chain, and it's very solid, really well made, and has a nice heft to it. My initial enquiry was about the spikes, and how they were attached to the body of the chain (they're welded). After inspecting the chain when it arrived, I can confirm that the welding seems to be (I'm no expert) very well done, and is both solid and clean.

To sum up - the customer service team are knowledgable, went over and above for me, and the product itself is super dope. 11/10 would recommend.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Received bracelet. It was too big so immediately wrapped it in original cloth and packaging. Had some difficulty returning as they said order# was incorrect. Then after 2 wks no refund asked and said they would check into. 5 days later told me it had been returned without cloth and scratched. A very disturbing experience.
After reading your reply I am just more frustrated . As I said I immediately repackaged and mailed it. The event that I needed it for was after my return date. Your reply has not increased my confidence in your company.

Stellar customer service!

Stellar customer service, I have a few pieces from them! I got a slightly defective piece and within an hour they already sent me a new one after providing details and pictures. Also i have contacted them a few times for informations and always had an answer within minutes of asking. This is what a good customer service should be. I had my few share of really terrible customer service and this is a breath of fresh air and im even more proud for supporting them and wearing their jewelry.
