Had the absolute worst customer service today from Micke, who claimed to handle customer service for Vitamail. Called to enquirer regarding a collection letter that I had received for a subscription that I had not received. Directly, displayed signs of aggression & an impression of not wanting to help. I called with a question to be basically told that I was lying. He hung up the phone so I called back immediately to be greeted impolitely again by Micke. I said it wasn’t the kind of service I expect and I would like to speak with someone senior. He replied “you can’t, I handle customer service”. I was amazed and disgusted by such behavior.
I choose not to deal with such companies that employ employees with lack of experience.

Today I received a bill from fair Collection on behalf of Vitamail AS. I wrote a complaint a few weeks before and under my review the VITAMAIL AS replied that: " I am sorry to hear about that....bla, bla..., however, although I paid already for the faktura number 1333365
and the of amount: 606.40 a few weeks ago and I contacted them to fix that. In very cynical and criminal way, they sent to a company of debt this amount that I already paid, and it shows in my profile on VITAMAIL AS. It is such a dishonest and very criminal way to make money. This company is a company of criminals, gangsters, and so on.
I will not pay anymore for that, and if they continue to send this for me, I will contact the authorities in Norway to denounce them as a criminal company.
I am so angry regarding those criminal gangsters that they use to sell tablets that it is not work well to make money. I contacted them before to close my account and not send any more tablets to my home. However, in spite of the fact that I paid for the last bill, they want me to pay more for the bill I paid a few months ago.
Please stay away from this horrible company, unreliable people, dishonest people, and gangsters.

I offered to send the product back that they sent in error but they won't take it and told me that if I don't pay for it they will ruin my credit rating.
Avoid doing business with these people or even doing the 30 day trial.

I should have given a zero star if it was available. I feel used and scammed by this company. I ordered a product and paid 174kr for it. After using it I decided I wasn’t going to continue with it, I emailed them to that effect. Only for me to receive the product again in my box. I called customer service but she said the email was sent to the wrong address and that I should have called to cancel. In any case, she would go ahead and cancel it but that I have to pay for the one already received. During this period, I had already ordered a different product and paid subsequently for it. Which I mentioned to her and she said she has to cancel it as well otherwise I would get more of it in my box. Fast forward to today, I have been reluctant to pay for a product I know I wasn’t going to use again. Anyways, I decided to make the sacrifice and had the greatest shock! Invoice value of 696kr flashed on my face. I shouted! Another call was made again to customer service. This time it was argumentative and making justifications for their hidden agenda. I feel embarrassed and used by this company having to pay 696kr for a product I don’t intend using. It’s a shame such a thing should be allowed to go on in Sweden. She has given me a date of April 1st by which to pay the said amount. I am thinking I should send back the product and report this matter to the police. Public complaints bureau and ask my lawyer write them as well. I feel so sad and unhappy with this new kind of scam!!!! This company should be booted out of Sweden!

This company is a Scam. I have cancelled my subscription within 30 days of getting my first parcel and they still send me the next parcel.Don’t buy from them.Everyone over here are calling them Scam.They have a cheap way of making money in Sweden.

This is the worst supplier ever, Do not use this.
The taste is so bad and has an impact on your health.
and if you want to cancel it they tell you oh you have to notify us 30 days ago.
if you say and confirm 30 days that I call and cancel they say you have to send an email, if you send an email they say you have to send a form.
They are SCAM like most of the mobile companies that force you to buy their product for years.
be careful to not use it, if you do they will have a fake contract behind the scene for you.
They have very rude customer service with no respect.
