We were never notified that your order never arrived. According to our records your order was delivered to the address which you provided with your order. We always want to make sure that we do everything in our power to ensure that our customers are happy with their experience, so if you are not then please reach out to us and we will correct whatever the issue may be. Our records also show that you requested that we change your shipping address, but as we explained to you we are not permitted to do this per marketplace policy. We are obligated to ship your order to the address provided. This was a factor which was out of our control. But if your order never arrived, then give us a call or send us an email and we will get this matter taken care of for you. From our side, it appears that because you did not provide us the address you wanted the item shipped to when you placed your order, that you are holding us accountable for that mistake. Either way, we attempted to work with you to resolve the matter months ago; however, you declined to respond to our inquiries. Additionally, we have never had a customer that didn't received their order and failed to contact us. Every customer we have had which has contacted us with an issue, we have found a way to resolve that issue because they chose to participate in communications with us.
Regardless of what transpired, we are still and always willing to help resolve your concern. Please feel free to contact us, so we can get this issue resolved for you. We have made attempts to contact you to resolve this matter, but those emails have gone unanswered as well.
