One big scam ! They send their items to their warehouse and dont answer to emails after you finds it out.

The Vita watch is a joke stay away. Just the fact One can not read it outside would put you off and that is just a start.
Complete rip off and a reflection of the company that have spent millions promoting this product.
Don't waste your money, nothing is accurate when it works, if it works.
Don't purchase products through this company you will regret it.

Utter waste of money. Does the opposite of what it claims on the advertisement. Blood p monitor totally inaccurate.showing different time from my I phone. customer services in uk not contactable. Tat.

Bought Vita watch from Ecommerzpro. It is sold at a claimed limited time 50% discount. This did not influence me, since it was still available a week later! I eventially ordered it (based on thier claims of functionality), delivery was VERY slow. Watch tells time and date ok, once you sycronise it with phone app (which is not easy to install and get connected) Most other features are flakey. Step counter regularly fails, needs reboot watch to get it going. Blood pressure and oxygen satuartion very inaccuate. Sleep monitor works sometimes. Body temperature is tempermental, but seems accurate at normal temperatures. The whole software and watch firmware is poor, unreliable and expensive for what it fails delivers.

I bought this watch and arrived last week. I regret spending my money on this watch. (70 or 80 euro)
It is a pretty watch, but nothing works. Even the distances are not accurate. The steps are counted until it stops and goes back to zero. The only function that i can find that works is the date and time.

Do not waste your money. Set the watch up after some distress, downloading a program off the internet etc. It finally appeared to be working, first time I wore it, the watch reset to the state it was in when it came out of the box. The customer service sent a request for a video of me setting it up. You know they are not interested in giving your money back. Why attempt to set up the watch again if it is not going to continue to work. Avoid this item and Ecomerzpro!

watch not worth the money paid, BP cannot be set - its the same reading every time, step record does not work it cuts itself off - the instruction sheet is in such small writing and illegible - you cannot get any joy from the so called main site if you want to ask questions.
waste of money - read the returns policy which says you cannot return if you have worn it???

Ordered my watch on 7th May still not received. Money has been charged to my credit account . I have received emails offering further discount which say I have expressed interest in watch and can have a further discount . But requests all my details which they have already received including payment. Where is my watch.

Customer Services are rubbish as is the product. Resets itself and thermometer doesn’t work. Tried getting a refund and no joy. They are a con. Don’t touch this company.

Instructions hopelessly inadequate, watch keeps resetting itself, can’t get the thermometer to work. Brought to market long before it’s ready, methinks. And sorry ecommerzpro, will avoid you henceforth

I received the best customer service I've had in a long, long time from this company. Not the usual for all these online businesses. I'm a skeptical girl and not easy to please but they have gone above and beyond.

I received a watch in immaculate condition (exactly as shown on the website) alongside a free strap and a hand-written note thanking me for being a customer. My husband was very happy with the surprise.

Would 100% recommend!

As a previous customer, I've seen an enormous positive development in this company - particularly their customer service which is above and beyond my usual expectations. But the watch I received in the post last week is not only well-made, it's exceptionally good-looking and arrived in good packaging with a particularly brilliant box that I still use to keep my watch in.

In fairness to Vita, they seem to be a massively improved company.
I left a really bad review a while back because I had received such awful service, but a chap from the company recently got in touch with me to apologise and sort problems, including offering a full refund for the faulty watch I had.
I got another watch from them and it seems to be much improved on their previous ones. The prices have gone right up with what seems like a change of direction for the company, but with that, the quality of the watches seems to be much much higher. Very happy with the recent service received. Absolutely no problems.

The watch i ordered was exactly what you would expect for a £25 watch. The auto/kinetic winding works but it doesnt hold alot of charge so overnight it always stops. If you hand wind it 10-15 times it tends to hold charge for up to 18-24 hours.

Made a few enquiries with them, was annoyed that they have no phone number but my email was responded to within 24 hours. They were helpful and actually followed up with me a week or so later to make sure that i was now happy.

Glass fell out of watch within 24 hours of wearing. Glass was later found in the car fully intact so must have just been a bad fit? Customer service only offered to help when citizens advice was quoted.

I've read some pretty awful reviews, but I have to say... I have bought numerous watches from this company for my husband, and I've never once had a problem with their watches.
