Avoid Vitrin Clinic – Unprofessional and Dishonest
I traveled from Australia to Turkey to get crowns done at Vitrin Clinic, and it has been a complete nightmare. My teeth have moved, leaving noticeable gaps, and their work was far from professional.
The aftercare was chaotic, I was passed around between multiple different staff members, each giving me conflicting advice. It was impossible to get a clear answer or proper support.
On top of that, I have screenshots, messages, and voice recordings proving that they initially promised to cover my accommodation and transfers. However, without informing me, the company was sold, and now they are refusing to honour their agreement, leaving me to cover the costs myself.
Their Google reviews are clearly fake, and I would strongly warn anyone against going here. If you’re considering them, feel free to message me. I’ll gladly share the real truth about Vitrin Clinic.

Experience is good. Initial consultation was provided remotely. For proper calculation estimate price recommended to give full information included X-ray.
After arrival to clinic treatment plan was corrected based on actual X-ray.
Surgeries were done in the first day of visit, other days examination and control.
Clinic provides accommodation in the hotel and daily transportation to/from clinic as well as to/from airport. English speaking doctors. Translator on Russian can be provided.

The service, the doctors, the whole team is amazing, so friendly and helpful in each way.
Our stay in the hotel (booked by the clinic) was perfect and we got picked up from the Airport and to each treatment with a taxi / Vitrin Clinic own car - perfect service at all.

Transfer from airport to hotel was good. Doctors on top. Translators always helped us. 4 star because now one told us that last 3 days in hotel is not paid by clinic. That was unexpected.

By the way if your answer is that you were concerned about adding Toronto Bar because of heaviness, why you charged me $1200 extra for that piece and for 24 crowns with delivering 20 crowns. Why you did not explain to me while I was there before you get my money? If you don't name this SCAM then what is it? Why you did not return my extra money honestly. A great smile starts with the right support. Unfortunately, your implants were not placed at our clinic, and their positioning made it challenging to achieve the exact result you expected. Despite this, we did our best to provide a solution that was both medically safe and aesthetically pleasing.
After careful evaluation, we designed 20 zirconia crowns instead of 24 because adding more would have put too much pressure on the implants, leading to possible breakage and failure. As for the Toronto bar, we explained that fully covering the area would make cleaning difficult, causing food buildup, bad odor, and possible infections. Our priority was to ensure the long-term success of your treatment.
We also requested a medical report to confirm if there was an issue with our work, but unfortunately, this was not provided. Please know that we take every concern seriously and always aim to provide the best care possible.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by the quality of our work and remain available if you wish to discuss this further.

This was my second visit to VITRIN in Istanbul, and has been a great experience. The team are so caring and professional. Clinic days have been well organised with provovided taxi's prompt and appointments on time. I really felt looked after and nothing was too much trouble.
