Mahmoud was extremely helpful throughout my entire DHI procedure. He explained every step very clearly and made sure I understood the whole process before it began. He stayed near the procedure room the entire day and was the last person to leave after everything was completed.

Communication issues Vitta for my hair and implants…
My experience at Vitta for my hair transplant with Dr. Ayda Korkmaz was okay overall. The staff were friendly, and Dr. Korkmaz explained that the hairline would settle once the swelling went down, even though it didn’t quite match the initial drawing. I’m trusting her expertise and giving it a few days to see how it looks.
On the communication side, it was challenging, especially as an international client. My coordinator, Hiba, initially apologized for the miscommunication but after my implant surgery, the same issues returned. I still need to arrange a follow-up appointment and haven’t received a response, which is frustrating. Yoda, the translator, did her best, but the multiple WhatsApp channels were confusing.
I was also concerned about how they calculated the graft count. They said I had 4,500 grafts, but it wasn’t clear how that number was determined. It felt like an estimate rather than a precise count, and clearer information would have been helpful.
The hotel stay was as advertised—basically like a five-star, and you do get breakfast included, but you have to buy other meals yourself. It was comfortable and met expectations on that front.
For international patients, having clear communication is crucial, especially when you’re undergoing two major procedures in one week and investing a lot of money. The clinic should really ensure you feel fully supported.

I travelled for my hair transplant on…
I travelled for my hair transplant on 02/12 and from the very first moment everything was extremely well organised. I was picked up at the airport in a luxury taxi and taken straight to a very comfortable hotel, which already made a great first impression.
The procedure took place on 03/12 and I was honestly surprised by the result. The team used the maximum number of grafts possible for my case and managed to fully cover the bald area that really bothered me. The outcome looks very promising and natural, and I left feeling very confident about the result.
The staff were excellent throughout the whole experience, very professional and caring. I would especially like to thank Faye and Houda, who were absolutely amazing. Houda stayed with me the entire day translating everything clearly and making sure I understood every step, which made me feel calm and safe at all times.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, the organisation, and the care I received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Hi guys , pretty difficult to find a clinic we could be confident with from abroad right ?
I was very anxious about picking the wrong and did various research before hand.
I had the clearest informations with Vitta Clinics which is located inside a hospital.
Imane took my case in charge and provided me the best translated informations about the process, and the pricing.
Once arrived at the airport , Diala the coordinator took over have had organised everything for me. I had to wait only about 10 min to get my ride to the hotel which was located very close to the clinic itself.
I’ve met Effe , super nice dude working at the reception who gave me good tips to discover the surroundings and get good food. Hotel was comfy and breakfast very generous. Turkish food is amazing brother.
On the very next day, Diala sent me Vitta( sorry for misspelling the name), a very kind driver who transferred me to the clinic despite it was walking distance. Those people really care about you. When got at the clinic i’ve met Houda, very talented translator but also very familiar with the whole process of hair transplant and her fantastic Team including the doctor Ayda who gave her last expertise before surgery. Made me feel very comfortable by her experience and gave me few tips before hand in order to make the hair transplant as natural as possible.
Anaesthesia went well and did feel any pain. I got to say with my back issue it wasn’t very comfortable to stay so long laying on it but they allow me to have a few breaks and even played so music to help me relax with good chats along the way. Omar was there to take videos and photos to save the memories.
Afterwards I got provided the best tips to care after my hair and got offered another ride back to the hotel.
Next day was check up/washing day and in the afternoon I got very good recommendations from Diala to discover the city. Then Rana ask me to send picture every day just to follow up. And on the next and last day I’ve got offered another washing and physical check up with Nina who speaks very well several languages as well.
This experience was so great so far that I’ve decided to get to the clinic to fix my teeth too. And they kindly offered me another consultation + a ride to it .
Can wait to see the result, in a few months I might update this review and add photos to it.
Thanks to Vitta clinic. Thanks to all of you to make me feel so comfortable and making everything easy for me . Transfer , language , consultation , surgery and post operation , the whole experience.
Heads up particularly for their personal investment. Some of them like Houda were not even meant to work on that day but came just to make my experience easier.
I would have many things more to say but you guys have to be confident and give it a go .

I had a hair transplant at Vita Clinic…
I had a hair transplant at Vita Clinic Istanbul two days ago, and I'm extremely disappointed. A total lack of communication, broken promises (a major portion of my scalp wasn't transplanted when it was supposed to be). Inhumane staff with little attention during and after the procedure. I felt like I was being treated like a simple number rather than a patient. They even signed the procedure papers for me because I didn't agree with the end of the procedure because I could see that part of it hadn't been transplanted (I have all the evidence to support this).
Post-operative follow-up is non-existent, Huda and Julien are no longer responding, and I received no instructions on the protocol to follow alone for washing my scalp and the products to use. (I also have screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation, currently two days without a response; this is unacceptable.) I strongly advise against this clinic, which I relied on after reading the reviews (which, now that I think about it, must be falsified) and comparing prices. However, it's better to pay full price and leave without the complex we came for in the first place.
I wasted time, money, and possibly a botched transplant with scars in the future.
Perhaps they'll try to delete this most honest review, but I'll post it again every time because it's unacceptable to gamble with someone's health and complexities for a sum of money.

1. Your procedure was fully completed according to proper medical standards.
Our medical team implanted the maximum number of grafts that your donor area could safely provide, and avoided placing grafts over healthy existing follicles to protect them — a medical decision fully documented through photos and videos taken before, during, and after the procedure, all confirming proper coverage.
2. All documents were personally signed by you in accordance with Turkish medical regulations.
No staff member is ever permitted to sign on behalf of a patient. We have the original signed forms and full documentation to support this.
3. You were provided with complete post-operative instructions and explanations.
Our follow-up team remained in communication with you until your sudden change in tone, and you still have one full year of medical follow-up included in your package.
4. Evaluating a hair transplant after only 48 hours is not medically valid or accurate.
Results begin to appear over several months, and any judgment within two days does not reflect the medical reality.
5. We noticed that you published content on social media that does not align with your medical records.
While we respect your right to express your opinion, we also have a responsibility to maintain transparency.
For this reason, we have preserved all photos and videos proving that the procedure was performed properly and with excellent expected results according to your medical condition.
We will provide this documentation to any patient who contacts us with concerns related to what you posted.
6. We would also like to clarify that some of the financial requests you made after the operation were not based on any medically proven error, as confirmed by the medical evaluations and documentation we have on record.
We mention this purely to maintain transparency for other patients.
7. We do not delete or manipulate patient reviews.
Our reputation is built on genuine medical results and honesty—not on hiding opinions.

Positive experience at Vitta Clinic
I just returned from Istanbul after completing my dental implant procedure. I had implants in March, and the crowns were placed a few days back. The service was excellent. Transport provided right from your arrival until your departure was flawless. People at the clinic were kind, polite and professional. I would like to mention a few names: Nina, Eva, and Umer at the clinic and Mehmet and Ahmed for transportation. They were extremely helpful. The coordinator for the entire period was Isabella, who promptlyanswered all my queries. I am very satisfied with the final result. I didn't get the names of the dentist and the assistants. They were very patient with me as I am not a model patient. My experience at Vitta Clinic has been very positive.

The team at vitta clinic was fantastic in their coordination and work ethic. From Isebella to Houda everything went to plan. Driver picked me up on time and the operation went smoothly. The only issue I had with them was the paperwork that I had to sign. They were written in Turkish and I did not know what I was signing for. This is a basic thing they should work on and have them at least done in English which is a universal language. Being in business for such a long time and not done this was a big dissapointment
