Ordered 4th march, as of 21st march still not received wallet. Multiple emails sent to vitello and their local courier. After 48 hours each email responded to with standard " we're looking into the issue".

Be very careful when buying from this company. I ordered a leather wallet advertised as "crafted from premium leather". Firstly, there is no mention on their website that the item is shipped from China so takes around 10 days to arrive. Secondly, the item is very poor quality made from cheap parts, is artificial leather and the slide mechanism does not distribute the cards properly and is not fit for purpose. It is therefore completely unusable and worthless. I'm in the UK and in order to get a full refund you are expected to send it to a house address in Canada with postage costing half of the value of the item. Bizarrely, they offer you a 30% refund as an alternative and allow you to keep the useless item. I accepted this as it was more cost effective than a full refund plus postage. So I am left £20 out of pocket with a wallet that I have had to throw away.
Paid nearly £40 for a Christmas present. Ordered 26th November 2024 from Vittelo.com with a 7-10 day delivery. Got an email to say ‘delivery will take longer due to high demand’… On Christmas Day I sent another email after my children giving their daddy a replica from Amazon. With no reply. I emailed again on 4th January. They replied on 5th January that another shipment has been made. Delivery would be 7-10 days. Still not received. No reply to my emails now requesting refund. Now contacted back for chargeback. Let’s see how that goes
