A terrible experience with Vivacable ISP - Spain

A terrible ISP in Spain

They as all other providers in Spain requires a contract for 1 year that is un-breakable, but here starts the problem

My contract was for 1 year for a connection that is described as 1Gbps (I paid more to get it, since I need it for my work) then:
- the cherry-cake first 3 months everything was like being in a heaven, internet was stable at 960mbps for almost all the day except for some exceptional cases where their service suffer from an electricity outage, support team was responsive at this period
- the next 9 months was like being in a hell, internet connection drops very often from time to time, the speed went down to a range that varies between 22mbps - 350mbps, support over whatsapp or facebook are now the kings of ignorance, no-one replies or give any comments about what I send to them

My contract includes 2 mobile phones with 4G connection, but their phone coverage is terrible, most of the time People tries to call me I am out of the coverage area, and the internet coverage a lot of times goes to 3G coverage and not 4G and even when it is 4G the speed is terrible (5-20mbps), and for the TV channels they announce +140, but what you get is: 122 channels and with a high rate of duplications (I will not even talk a about the HD)

The contract was for a price 75€ where in my opinion for such speed and services should be no more than 50€

What is next? Ok I gave up trying to fix things with them, and I have work that requires stable connection, so I am going to move to a new Internet Provider and then I can see if all are the same or we can find a better service there

My advice, GENERALLY SPEAKING avoid getting trapped in contracts and when you are forced to do choose the minimal package and ask for testing period and read the contract very well, and remember when any drop in speed happens for a reasonable amount of time, then this is a contract breach and you can break the contract by law IF they are not able to fix things for you

And my advice specifically: when you have the ability to pay more a bit, avoid Vivacable and search for a better provider with better stability and support
