Great service—but to replace past purchases that died after less than two years

The selection, service, support, and speed of delivery were excellent, and the system was easy to configure and bring to life. The negative side of my experience is that the purchase replaced two FLEX 200W panels that I had earlier (2021 and 2022) purchased from VivaEnergi, and which stopped working. I last year replaced an inverter from them which had also died. Together they represent about a 7000 Dkk loss.

BEST SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

Probably one of the best services I have ever experienced! Especially in this so digitalised world, it was so nice to have the most amazing communication from the company through out the process. I don't think I have ever experienced better communication from the company. Viva Energi has my best recommendations and I am so happy I chose them !
