Hello,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We’re usually known for our exceptional customer service and we regret that we didn’t live up to those expectations here. As you know, we are currently living in uncertain times due to the evolving global situation we are facing with, the regulations and restrictions imposed to contain the threat of Covid-19 has inadvertently impacted our delivery process which has resulted in some minor delays in shipping out the orders.
We have communicated this to all of our clients and hoped for understanding for their inconvenience. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and rest assured that we will endeavor to do our best to avoid disruptions in our services.
Thank you and please stay safe.
