Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. After using MNM, I experienced a severe headache and contacted the company to request a refund. They agreed and advised me to return the product.
I sent the item back on 17/02/26 and have proof of delivery. I also included the receipt inside the package and provided a copy by email. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying they have not received my return.
It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my refund. I have provided all the required evidence, but the issue remains unresolved.
Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Horrendous customer service.
I purchased my first pot but didn’t get on with it so sent it back as per their refund policy at a cost to me. I cancelled my subscription however they still sent me out another pot. I emailed to request my first refund to which they said it had not been received. I provided the tracking evidence and after a few emails back and forth they finally refunded me. So I sent the second pot back, again at my expense to which they are saying again they have not received it. I again provided evidence and proof that it has been received and signed for but they are denying it. 15 emails back and forth to date to get a refund for something I had cancelled and no apology at all from them at all just absolute denial about receiving the parcel when Royal Mail have provided me with photographic evidence. Absolutely no customer service or apology.

Update, it is now 17 emails. They refuse to accept proof and evidence that the item was returned back to them.
Useless product and awful Customer Service.
Bought this for myself and my husband, but there was no difference in how either of us felt. I had tried to cancel the subscription, but couldn't figure out how to do it on the website. Wrote to Customer Services and they said I could do it via my account. Not true. I couldn't find anything on there to cancel it. Emailed them again and got the same response, so now I don't know what to do. I have asked them to cancel my subscription, but they just told me to do it myself. I am a pensioner and it was a considered purchase. If it's not doing me any good, then I am wasting a lot of money each money and the Company just doesn't seem to care. In fact, I think they are deliberately making it difficult for people to cancel their subscriptions.

Been trying VIVA NMN for nearly a year and on subscription for 6 months or more. I have realised that I do not feel any different and on re introducing my Magnesium found that this is what helps me sleep.

I have been taking nmn for nearly 2 months now. I’ve noticed a difference in my sleep and my cognitive function. I feel switched on, alert and the misty fog that hat I had previously has now almost gone. This is going to be my staple in my vitamin stock. No longer fearing perimenopause!!
