I did not notice any difference, even after 3 months. A waste of money.

Beware, you aren't able to purchase without entering into a subscription.
Mine was 60 capsules (2 months supply) every 2 months. From 1 Dec to 12 Jan 4 payment subscriptions were debited from my account despite cancelling my subscription a further value was taken.
I have to return them (at my cost and inconvenience) and await a refund. In my opinion, not good service and too much hassle, for any product.

Not had the product for long so no way to genuinely rate it yet, however I have recieved three emails to review it so I shall.
I’ve give it 2 stars purely on the purchase experience.
I was aware I was subscribing and decided to give it a few months.
Month 2 and I received a reminder even though I had purchased 3 months supply. I clicked on it anyway and went through the motions and made another purchase of 30 capsules. Because I was following the reminder link I didn’t read the small print so didn’t realise I was signing up for another subscription.
On contacting customer services I got a very meh response.

If you'd like to make any changes to your subscriptions—such as adjusting the frequency, quantity, or cancelling one of them—you can manage everything directly by logging into your account here..

But if there’s no obvious cancel button I’ll have to contact you again, so why not tell me first time?

After recommendations and always seeing this amazing product pop up on my instagram all the time , it really made me want to try it as it had everything I was looking for , also the reviews where all good , Iv now been taking it since November and Iv felt my energy levels change , even my mood , I’m at the age where I felt fatigue and always tired , fighting at night to get to sleep , But since taking NMN I honestly feel such a difference , I got the bottle of 90 tablets so that I could also give to my daughter to see if it would make a difference as she had no up and go for being a young women of 25 , and wowww I now see her with more energy feeling happy and a bounce in her step , iv now ordered the buy 2 get 3rd free as this will be something il be taking every day from now on , iv highly recommend it to so many friends to who have put orders in them self’s now too ,

Customer service when raising a query about an order was prompt and efficient

I have been taking NMN for over a year now and really feel the benefits. In all my time as a customer I only had one delayed order. I contacted Vivanmn and they immediately sorted a replacement for me. I was really impressed and grateful. If you are wondering whether to give this company a try, please do. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had an issue with delivery - not their fault - it was a problem with Royal Mail and the delivery was not delivered. I emailed them and they resent another bottle - no quibble. Fast communication and excellent customer service.

Been taking for 4 months and not seeing any significant benefit. Maybe a little more energy, greyhair still grows at same rate, aches and pains still there, getting to sleep was never an issue but staying asleep was and thats not been 'cured' by this supplement.
I was asked to provide a review for their website but it appears if you give anything less than a 4* review, it is not published which is suspicious. I would encourage reviewers to note the number of 1* and 2* reviews here. I will be cancelling my subscription and hopefully don't have the issues that lots of others seem to be having.

There are vivanmn branded copies of nmn now selling on ebay/temu/aliexpress for dirt cheap.
Obviously I'm not going to buy from there as it's probably capsules of johnson and johnson talcum powder or some other nefarious substance.

Just a heads up, don't buy from there, just vivanmn.

Been taking these nmn capsules for 7 months. I was taking 3 capsules per day. Felt no benefit whatsoever. I have tried cancelling my subscription three times. Once by email. Once by logging in online. Once by completing the online message with my details. I received the cancelled order & I was charged for it. Their customer service is non existent. As were the benefits from taking this nmn.

Product dispatched and received within 72 hours of ordering. Customer service was exceptional and I would not hesitate in recommending this first class company.

I ordered for myself and my partner, who said he has noticed a difference in energy levels even after a couple days. I came out in a cold the day I started taking it so I have yet to see if it makes any difference for me, but I am optimistic 😊

Update: we have been taking for a few weeks now and my partner absolutely swears by them. Both of us have been having some really vivid dreams every night aswell which suggests to me we are both sleeping better as I havnt slept so easily and deeply in years and despite only having 5 hours sleep some nights due to going to bed later I still feel great. So yeah really great so far.

Since I started taking Vivanmn in May, I’ve noticed my sleep is so much better as it’s my concentration.
Customer service is excellent - had one problem with my delivery not arriving, which was down to Royal Mail. Emailed customer services late in the evening not expecting a reply until the next day but within half an hour they’d replied and sent out a new order which promptly arrived within 24hrs of its dispatch the next morning. Can’t ask for anymore.

Been taking these for 2 weeks now and have stopped using them, constant headache while using them and constipation too, 2 days after not using them I feel on top of the world again. Expensive for not working. Won't buy again, glad I didn't do a subscription now.

Great communication, responded quickly in helping me with a query. I will certainly be using them again . The product is third party tested in the uk, has to be a bonus

Since I have started Vivanmn I have noticed a huge change in my health and fitness and it has definitely helped with my stamina and I’m looking forward to completing my first half marathon in March 2026.

After taking tablets purchased from Vivanmn, we both experienced significant adverse effects, which were sufficiently concerning that I immediately stopped using the product. This was not a matter of preference or dissatisfaction; the product caused harm.

I contacted the company to return the tablets for refund in line with their returns guarantee. Instead of responding appropriately to a report of harm from an ingestible product, Vivanmn have refused to provide a returns label and are insisting that I pay to return a product that caused adverse effects.

This places Vivanmn in clear breach of UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be safe and fit for purpose. Where a product causes harm or is unsafe for the consumer, the trader is responsible for remedying the situation. In addition, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, sellers must not obstruct or frustrate lawful returns.

Rather than acknowledging the issue or acting responsibly, customer service has been dismissive and obstructive sending repetitive AI generated messages that do not deal with the issue at hand or just ignoring messages altogether. This conduct is wholly unacceptable for a company selling ingestible products.

I will have no choice now but to escalate this matter formally. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing tablets from this company: if something goes wrong, you should not expect accountability, lawful behaviour, or basic consumer protection.

Update: Following escalation, the company has now issued a full refund and confirmed no return is required.

However, this only occurred after significant pushback. Initial responses relied on an incorrect interpretation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and an incomplete email. I remain concerned that the published refund policy and staff responses do not clearly distinguish between goodwill returns and statutory rights relating to faulty or unsafe goods.

Not only a life changing product but the best company. My skin had never looked better out of 10 I would normally be graded a generous 6 at best within the gay community. After taking NMN for a few months I’ve went up and can confirm I’m now graded a 9-10 bordering on scene queen status.
The company are the best the customer service is brilliant.
