I ordered a greenhouse from their online shop. When it didn't come after enough time, I enquired about the delivery. Then they said they no longer sold this item. But they would refund me. This never happened. After much back and forth they now want me to select a different item. I do not want a different product; I want a refund. But they insist I choose another item. This is a terrible scam!!!

If I could give 0 star that would reflect fairly the services of Vivar. Please do not order from this company. They neglect answering the emails, no customer service. Product never arrives.
I received the product complete and good quality. I am very happy with it but ordering process was really stressful. That's why I cut the stars.
I made an order and then they showed color options. I said, oh well, let me change it to blue then. Suddenly I got an email saying that I ordered another one. I was shocked. I didn't know my credit card company would charge me without my approval for the second one.
This is a scam. But because their T&C was an empty file, they cancelled the order, otherwise they wouldn't have. So if I wanted this product, I'd order from them again but be careful. Also the ones I got from AliExpress etc are very disappointing. The fabric is not same, they stretch like 100% while this is just perfect.
Scam site. Looks like it is a Swiss business with fast shipping. In reality it is a Chinese business sending products all the way from China (still waiting for the products I placed more than 3 weeks ago). Completely misleading with a .ch address and everything in German
Stay away from this site. They state they are in your area, but the product is coming from China. When ordering a pair of shoes at the check out another one with different size was added, which I definitely did not choose and ended up paying double. I wish I checked the reviews earlier since I read it happens to many customers. Inspite of contacting them immediately they dragged the time with their response and 2 weeks after said the order is already sent out. This is a rip off site with no proper service or possibility to return.
I bought 2 products on their website and they did not fit me. I wanted to return them the same day they arrived (almost 10 days after placing the order). Despite the description on their website clearly mentions that you have 14 to return the products, they responded that the price of the product was reduced and I am not allowed to return it. ALMOST EVERY PRODUCT’S price on their website is reduced!!!
Scam business, don’t fall for it, don’t buy from them, don’t go anywhere near their website. Let companies like this perish from the space.
Misleading shipping. Indecated 1-2 days for expedition but delvery takes 3 weeks. This is China direct no swiss entity.
