Very disappointed with our transfer. Driver was late, and rude. Car was filthy dirty and driver picked his nose throughout journey. Poor customer service when reported this to their office. Do not recommmend- better value and service found elsewhere

Start to finish 5* service.. driver waiting in the arrivals hall ... upon the return leg again waiting at reception for us at the hotel. Whilst I was checking out the driver collected our luggage. Could not have asked for more. Thank you so much. Looking forward to our next booking!

It’s a 10 out of 10 from us. Used Viva 4 times in 3 months and they were great. Kept me updated every few days by email, reminding me about my transfer and return pick up. You can change times, places etc free of charge online,up until 10am the day before travel.
Driver was waiting at airport with name banner. Return journey was perfect as you choose how early you want to get to airport. We chose to be earlier with all the recent flight upsets as we didn’t want to feel rushed when we got there. Lovely cars. Ours was a classy Merc. Lovely drivers. Will use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

Fuerteventura Airport to Corralejo several times. Excellent service, always courteous and punctual. Miguel always on hand to resolve any issues. Highly recommended.

Booked a transfer at South Tenerife airport. Taxi arrived 30 minutes late. Unacceptable. Should not have bothered and just got a taxi at the airport instead!!!

Booked this for my daughter and her family, her flight was delayed by two hours from Gatwick. Constantly updated viva transfers and always recieved a reply on her arrival time. When she arrived the taxi was there waiting for her can't thank you enough.
We fly in two days and have booked viva transfers for our journey to and from the hotel.
This company provided my daughter with a great service and great comms through out. Would highly recommended them

I have used viva for years in different destinations,found them really helpful,however on the last 2 occasions to Fuerteventura this service has slipped,ie at the last min like the night before due to get picked up they always had reasons to delay the pick up or we had to share,miguel was always on hand but surely if you booked there should be no excuses.......wont use them again

I used these for transfers to and from the airport last week in Gran Canaria, fabulous service! I’ve never opted for private transfers before but have already quoted for my next holiday. The drivers were professional and friendly, prompt and most importantly safe drivers.

After being recommended by many people I booked Viva Transfers to pick us up and take us back as we also needed a child's seat. Booking was so simple, driver was there waiting at Arrivals with a clear sign up with our name on, he was friendly, helpful and professional, I'd also booked the return trip for 18.25 and at exactly 18.25 the driver pulled up to take us back.
I've travelled to Tenerife for 20 years and this was the best and easiest transfer I've ever had.
I'll only be using Viva Transfers from now and I'd highly recommend you do too.

I booked my transfer pre covid and viva transfer's kindly let me roll over my booking till I got to Gran canaria again beautiful clean cars and lovely drivers highly recommend

Transfer from fuerteventura to corralejo driver was waiting in arrivals hall with viva transfer sign took our suitcases of us and took to our destination upto return driver was waiting nice and early for us same again took our suitcases excellent transfers would recommend anytime

Booked viva transfers for recent trip to Marbella! Great service, clean vehicles and friendly drivers. Met us as planned and good communication in the lead up to the trip. Would highly recommend!

We have used Viva Transfers several times in Fuerteventura and they have been excellent. When we needed help Miguel Amate has been really good.

Recently used this Company for the first time for a return trip from Lanzarote Airport to our accommodation. Very impressed, prompt and efficient service both times, clean vehicles and very reasonably priced. Only thing stopping a 5 star rating is the driver texting whilst driving on the first trip.

Couldn't ask for a better service; pick up on time, helpful and friendly greeting, plenty of room in transport, clean vehicle, and journey direct. This was for a pick up at the airport and dropping off at the airport at the end of our holiday. The cost was very good when considered against similar services. Would we use Vivatransfers again? Absolutely.

Your drivers are smart, courteous and friendly and we were very pleased when we contacted you after two years that the booking were easily changed with no problem. Definitely recommend

We have used Viva Transfers twice now in Fuerteventura & would not hesitate to recommend them. The whole thing is professional & efficient with emails sent confirming pick up times etc and a phone number if anything goes wrong.
The drivers are friendly and always on time- waiting for us in Arrivals at airport & arriving early at Hotel for return journey. Far better service than what we received in England!
We will be booking again for a trip to Malaga later this year.

Great service, simple to book or amend and plenty of txt or email reminders.
On arrival at Lanzarote the driver was waiting and put us on the phone to his office who advised that there was another traveller to join us. Although we had book a private transfer we accepted that they had an issue and these thingshappen. Very pleasantly surprised when a few days later a 25% refund appeared in my bank. Driver was prompt on our return leg too.
Only thing to watch is that the companies system automatically set the return time I assume based on a flight number but which was somehow a few hours out from what we'd given and we had to simply amend it.
