Used them on a recent trip to Fuerteventura. They were excellent from start to finish. Kept me inform with email updates. Even at weekends when there’s no telephones manned I emailed them with a query and received a phone call response within 5 minute. Very punctual. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. Used them on our recent trip to Fuerteventura booked online from the airport to Correjelo cost was £30 each way for 2 adults. They were the cheapest and were waiting when i arrived. Also any issues they have a English speaking rep on the phone i spoke to them as i was waiting at the wrong arrival gate for the driver.
Would use again..

Booked return, private transfers for 2 people from Tenerife South airport to our hotel in February 2020. The drivers were prompt on both journeys and there were no issues whatsoever! Would highly recommend Viva Transfers to everyone travelling to Tenerife.

Usually book our transfers direct with the villa company but this year were very pricey so decided to explore booking privately.
Came across Viva Transfers and although apprehensive the reviews were good so decided to book our Playa Blanca, Lanzarote transfer around half the price.
Cannot recommend highly enough, they were waiting for us at the airport, regular e mail confirmations whilst away and bang in time on the return. Will definitely use again.

Viva transfers at Tenerife South airport are first class. We have used this company three times, and each time, the service has been faultless. Simply website to book your transfers. Really get value for money. Well dressed, friendly drivers and spotless mini vans. Drivers always waiting in the arrivals Hall with a board. Always on time for your pick up. Regular emails reminding you of your booking and pick up times. This company is very professional and totally faultless.

Anyone travelling to Costa Adeje area & needing good reliable transfers this is the company to use. Cost us €40 round trip, driver was waiting for us in arrivals hall as we landed & helped take luggage to vehicle, on return same thing, waiting outside hotel 10mins earlier than stated & very helpful. The journey takes less than 15 mins, beats sitting on a coach dropping of at different hotels for up to 80mins after being on a plane fot nearly 5 hours. Company send reminder email 3 days before arrival & departure with all details. Cannot fault this service at all ✨✨✨✨✨🚖

Great company ... have used them a few times ... however last week on way back to airport in Tenerife south ... traffic was dreadful and not moving at all ... our driver knew all the back streets and side roads to get us to airport in time .... well done and thank you 👍

First the good: They were punctual and met us at the airport with a sign. Communication was very good.

Now the bad: I decided to pay a bit more and book Viva because I wanted to be in a private car (or van) like the nice ones that were shown on their website. At the airport we were met with a representative from Viva. He walked us outside and put us in a taxi. The taxi meter was 11 euros less than what I paid. I really did not need to pay extra to have someone walk me outside and find me a taxi. On the way home we were picked up in an old rickety van that had a different company name on it. Certainly nothing like the pictures on the website. I was very disappointed.

This is an excellent company and I highly recommend using them. They are reliable, extremely accommodating and always on time. My family use them all of the time and we visit Corralejo a lot. Can I just mention how fantastic and professional Miguel is. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with.He is an asset to their company.I would only use Viva transfers and no other company.

We used Viva transfers for the first time for our return transfers from Malaga airport to Marbella. Our courteous and helpful driver was waiting for us in departures and comfortably drove us in his immaculate car to our destination. On return our driver was on time and helpfully waited until all our party had assembled and loaded luggage before departing for the airport, again in immaculate car.
The best service we have encountered abroad. Would definitely recommend.

Yet another great service from Viva Transfers in Tenerife. Awaiting us upon arrival at the airport and punctual collection for departure. Vehicle spotless and driver very helpful. Once again very impressed by this company - will definitely book again and recommend to people.

Used for the first time for the transfer of 6 people from Adeje to Santa Cruz Cruise terminal. The driver arrived on time for our pickup and was extremely helpful in loading our luggage. The vehicle was very clean and spacious which made the journey easy and relaxing. Arrived at our requested time.
On our return we disembarked early but our driver was there and again very helpful.
I would recommend VivaTransfers to all and will use them again.

Fuerteventura Airport to Corralejo, and return.
Our flight landed early, we only had carry on bags so were out of the airport really quickly. The driver was already waiting for us and we arrived in our hotel 20 minutes after our scheduled landing time, just in time for lunch. We had an 8 seater mini van all to ourselves.
On the way back, we were picked up on time in a 32 seater, again all to ourselves and directly to Fuerteventura Airport.
Great price, prompt and courteous drivers. Would 100% use again.
When we came here in February, the Taxi from outside the airport was €48 on the way out and €52 on the way back. Viva Transfers rate was €37 each way, incredible!

Was to be picked up in Grand Canaria on Sunday 1.12.19 following a flight in from Belfast. Once through the Airport i expected to see someone waiting with my name on a card as I was assured my pick up driver would be checking my flight progress. No one there from Vivatransfers to meet us, had to go searching around finding it difficult to get anyone from Viva as ive no Spanish. Finally after an hour of panic a driver from another company rang Viva an a driver did arrive. Very poor servive 0/10
