I can process all types of cards easily and recently new useful features were added. Only drawback that they don't allow charging cards without physical presence except for hotels. Very annoying.

Overall it's a good experience. My only problem is that it says we can withdraw money from other banks with our card and wherever I tried it was a transaction rejection.

Since my opening the account of viva.com.I have ordered a physical card but it doesn't function at all. I can't pay even for one euro.I have comunicate with the support team. they promised to solve the problem.but after 3 months.nothing has been done.I think they blocked the card on purpose so thatbyou can't refind by cashback. do not recommande for this. you will regret if you do
