Outstanding onboarding and user experience

My experience from indicating interest, to signing up, and full business onboarding was nothing short of spectacular.

Hrvoje M, my dedicated Account Manager proactively contacted and walked me through the entire process, ensuring I navigated all terms and processes with ease. Fintech SaaS support this outstanding is not one you encounter every day.

Now I seamlessly accept client payment with my iPhone serving as my POS terminal. Thank you for helping set the payment part of my business up for success!

Overall it's a good experience. My only problem is that it says we can withdraw money from other banks with our card and wherever I tried it was a transaction rejection.

Viva has saved us hundreds of pounds in merchant fees and saved us on top our monthly merchant dojo units too
The service has been excellent throughout and hand held us through the switch and now get a daily update via the email and app
App is very easy to use and daily download our income
