Shipping is cost of Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Air Mail Service of which you were aware when you ordered. Since Brexit we can't control what your customs charge you for importing goods.

Unsatisfied, Viveleshop fails basic Customer Service rules
Aside from asking me to review a product that I have not even received yet, I have received three e-mails addressed to a completely different person - who is Andrew Gurd? I have asked twice for this error to be corrected and heard nothing back.
While I like the products being advertised, the customer service is zero, so will never order again.
21 July 2022 Update: Viveleshop / Cadiz Merch have just replied to this review, claiming they emailed me twice saying their error had been corrected. However I have never received any such email, so not sure who they sent those mails to. A shame, because I have the impression the people behind this are cool music loving people, just somewhere the technology is letting them down.
