Ive been attempting to get a return label for a product I ordered from this company since December 26th and unfortunately, there has been no progress for over 2 weeks. Despite multiple phone calls to Amazon's customer care, the seller has continually refused to facilitate the return process, leaving me disappointed and clearly dissatisfied with their service. Amazon customer care is aware of the history of this purchase and lack of effort and assistance from the seller. The product itself was of unsatisfactory quality, as the bike made a terrible noise and did not meet the expected standards. Despite my repeated requests for a return and a refund, the seller has been unhelpful and persistently attempts to persuade me to keep the bike. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller, as my experience has been highly unsatisfactory and extremely disappointing.

Don't order and expect it on the ship date. Had it shipped to where I was on vacation, won't be delivered till after I leave.

Horrible is an understatement. My battery came damaged. Waiting for two months for a replacement. No spare parts in US. Don't buy from them.

Racist company owner who runs a business in Wales and slags off the local language. Spen your money with someone who deserves it.
