Don’t waste your money! No returns!

I feel completely ripped off. The three dresses I ordered were not at all as described - VERY low quality material - slippery shiny polyester feel and look. The size (S) is too big, and I’m not tiny! The pattern looks cheap and undefined. The photos on the website DO NOT represent the dresses !!
In the last week I have written numerous requests for contact with their ‘customer service’, on their website, and also emails to their ‘customer service’. No response.
No customer service, no response at all to requests for contact. Lost my money. Disappointed and angry.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Impossible to return what you order. I have written to them numerous times and they don't answer.
PLEASE BEWARE AS YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO RETURN THE GOODS.
they have a 30 day return policy but you need to inform them about the return and get a form. They just don't reply and in this way the 30 days get completed!
