Becky is always friendly & ready to answer any questions that I may have. If there is something new that is being offered she explains what it is, how it works & how to use it.
Vivial is a great Company, I enjoy working with Becky. When I don't have time to look at my dashboard she always calls and updates me and she stays on top of it. Which is wonderful for me. She lets me know where we can improve or if we are doing good and don't need to change anything. If i have a problem, I can call and within a hour she has either responded by email or called me.
